i would like them to air the older storylines because i've only heard about most of them and never actually seen them. i think they should do the sarah lewis storyline because it sounds like it was really good and i've never actually seen it!

That's right, five whole weeks of some of Home and Away's most memorable moments so far.

And that's not the best bit. Why should we have all the fun that comes with choosing our favourites? For the fifth and final week of episodes we want you to get involved!

WOW! thanks for that. although i've usually had enough of the old episodes by about 2 weeks in, i really like the idea of solid classics for 5 long weeks even if i don't watch them all!

i'm away on holiday for the first two weeks of it anyway, so there'll be plenty left when i return.

Ah, well this comes as no surprise! I actually offered to help last time we had a break, suggesting that we run a poll on the forum to see which episodes people would be most interested in as most people were bored with the same ones - it was forwarded to the scheduling department but they never replied.

I had a sneaky feeling they'd take the idea and run it themselves this time..... though with it only being 1 week they're offering people, limited to 'couples', we'll probably get the usual rubbish in the preceding weeks.

I loved Martha but Hugo however, I can't say the same thing. We are bound to get them cropping up in the final week!!!

It would be interesting to see what would happen if everyone put 'Shane & Angel' or 'Meg & Blake' considering they never stated about the post-2000 limit (which, as we've reached 10 years since ITV stopped broadcasting H&A, I'm still wondering about) - I do note that all their pictures of the couples are from the past couple of years with the exception of Noah & Hayley.

If you wanted some Angie eps you could always try 'Angie & Jesse' - but I bet we'll still end up with Sally & Flynn, Jack & Martha, Kirsty & Kane and Aden & Belle

Be interesting to see what they're planning on doing with this:Pick five couples and devote a day(two episodes)to each of them or pick one couple and devote a week to them?Can't see any ITV episodes turning up, I think it's more a case of won't than can't with regards getting the rights.Be interesting to know just how difficult it would be for them to buy one episode, say Shane and Angel's wedding.

I wonder how much it would cost or whtether it would be possible to actually buy the rights to two solitary episodes, say Shane and Angel's wedding and Shane's death.

I remember Channel 4, I believe, holding a Dallas evening about 6 or 7 years back I guess, where they aired a few episodes, but didn't the series originally air on the BBC? I doubt they would have bough the entire 300 or so episodes, just to show 3.

I bet if they were promoted well enough they'd do well, I'm sure there are loads of ex H&A fans who would be tempted to take a trip down memory lane...
