Jamey-Maria Posted April 3, 2010 Report Posted April 3, 2010 In short: NO! Longer answer: Never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever... EVER.
hit_n_run_me Posted April 3, 2010 Report Posted April 3, 2010 No, def. not! On a similar subject though, I wish they'd pair Irene up with a permanent male though, she needs a bit of happiness at the moment! She seems so glum recently because of Annie and Geoff.
alreetlike Posted April 4, 2010 Report Posted April 4, 2010 Eew no. I do think Irene needs to "get some", but not Alf. Eeeew. Gross.
beau_t Posted April 4, 2010 Report Posted April 4, 2010 OMG no. Way too much water under the bridge with those two. I liked them working together in the Bar, with Irene annoying Alf. Reminded me of the old dynamic in the store when Irene worked for Alf.
beau_t Posted April 4, 2010 Report Posted April 4, 2010 I'd like to see more of their friendship though.
summerby Posted April 4, 2010 Report Posted April 4, 2010 No, they're best as friends. I'm actually glad there is at least one male/female friendship in the Bay that has never turned into a romance! Plus, Ghost Ailsa might come back to haunt them!
j.laur5 Posted April 6, 2010 Report Posted April 6, 2010 No, they're best as friends. I'm actually glad there is at least one male/female friendship in the Bay that has never turned into a romance! Plus, Ghost Ailsa might come back to haunt them! I doubt Ailsa would haunt Alf, her soulmate, and Irene, her best friend. About them as couple I say no due to the fact that it's too late. If they got together like seven years ago it would have been more believable. But I agree that it would have been nice to have a mainstay couple but it's too late for them.
