What storyline would you like to see H&A tackle?

Um, I'd just like to see someone get a pet

It doesn't sound difficult but there hasn't been a pet in the bay since Scruffy, and he was a work dog who mysteriously disappeared when Jonah did,

Scruffy did turn up again, though not sure where Martha got him from. It was when she got the farm, we saw him twice I think then he vanished again.

I'd like to see someone with a disability living in the community and not have the disability be the focus point,if you know what i mean...

I also like the self harm idea.

I agree with that

I also have two storylines that were never dealth with proerly - Ruby and her 'diabetes' as its never been mentioned again is one....

I think if the diabetes story line has been dealt with correctly, I'm sure most people who have it live with it quietly and would rather not have others keep reminding them about it all the time

I agree with this. They screwed it up with Ric but I think they got it right with Ruby.We don't need to be reminded of it every five minutes because as you say, most people tend to just get on with life with minimal fuss.

an affair. but one thats left brewing and brewing. i don't think they've done that yet. between adults and the end result really kicks off. charlie would be a great contender for this sort of storyline : )

Yeah I was thinking the same thing!

We want a strong affair storyline , but it would have to be an affair involving a married couple and someone else preferrably another woman! I think the best couple at the moment who I'd like to see involved in such a storyline is Tony & Rachel. I would so love to see them

go out with a bang!

^Tony and Leah, just to screw with Rachel's head  He did make himself AWFULLY comfortable on her couch the other week... Plus, it would give him something to do. Something other than being Rachel's... um... dog. (THAT DOESN'T COUNT AS A PET!)

rachel would have driven tony to an affair by now

Id like to see the return of a school counceller again who could tie in all the potential teen issues of depression, self harm bullying etc. It would bring the show back to the school again.

Im not a big fan of Ruby's character but I do like the activist persona they have given her maybe a big storyline about her and charlie doing volunteer work in the city with homeless kids and their problems. Maybe have them bring a new kid to summerbay from the streets. They touched on it with Ric and Melodies storylines but left the audience (well me anyway) hungry for more...

This was hinted at with Sally/Flynn/Leah but never went more than a kiss, it would have been explosive if they made it into a big affair. There aren't that many established, proper couples in the Bay to do this though. It can't really be done with a teen couple, it needs to be a married couple like Tony and Rachel.

Yeah I know what you mean, the teen couple cheat/affair thing has been done lots and so wouldn't have as much fall out because, well because there only teens and its such a regular occurence it gets old. A married establish couple would be fantastic to be involved in a gritty affair, I think it'd make for compelling viewing if they went down that road with Tony & Rachel. The fallout would be huge (if written properly) If it was any other man then he would have cheated on Rachel a long time ago, but I've always seen Tony as a doormat kinda character so he isn't going to cheat. Besides he wouldn't have the balls :P

Another storyline I would like to see in the show is domestic abuse! Again it would have to involve both regular characters and not just minor characters/guests. Tony & Rachel would be good for this storyline too but I don't think I could see it. If it were to happen I can't see Tony being in control , it would definitely be Rachel! :P

I also want a main character to be killed off by being run down by a car! For some reason I can't really remember seeing anyone being killed in such an accident on H&A before. It propably did happen , just not to my knowledge... It would be good for a character just about to leave and start a new life somewhere then for such a tragedy to happen (a bit like Charlotte's death, just as she was about to leave the bay?)

Oh and LMAO at Jem "being Rachel's... um... dog. (THAT DOESN'T COUNT AS A PET" :o:lol:

After hearing about it for several months now on Belgian and French TV, I think denial of pregnancy could be an interesting storyline. Basically, it involves women who deny their pregnancy. They don't gain weight (or just a little), don't get morning sickness, don't feel a baby moving inside them etc. Some find out they're pregnant just a few days before they go into labour, others only find out when they start having contractions. It would be interesting to see how a woman copes with that and how it could affect her partner.
