who should have played Belle's dad

Who do you think should have played Belle's dad if he was ever introduced? I say Rodger Corser (although he played Hugh Sullivan). But there is a resemblance and he also looks like someone Amanda swould screw.

Hugh could so turn up before Rachel leaves and declare he had a daughter in Summer Bay.. Did Belle & Hugh over lap? I cannot remember.. ?

^Yeah, I think Belle was around most if not all of the time Hugh was in the Bay, although they probably didn't have any scenes together.(Can't be bothered to check.Guess there might have been something at the hospital.)His first stint was around the time she turned up and his second stint was around the time Peter and Amanda left.
