I have seen this on the OS; in January they had some of the cast on a tv morning show, talking about the 21st birthday, and they published a magazine in January to mark the 21st birthday, in July/mid-year there was a big party.

I think the poster is referring to the 20th year in 2008 I remember 2008 was supposed to be a celebration during the first few months with some spectacular storylines. I think the celebration began from the 2008 return to Sally's exit in april. Dont quote me on it though.
