On Friday morning, Viv Newton arrives at Dharma and Greg’s house.
Viv: Hello Dharma!
Dharma: Aviva! How wonderful to see you! *gives Viv a huge hug*
Viv: I’m glad to be out of Dad’s place.
Dharma: Who’s your dad again? The minister?
Viv: Yes. But Tammy’s still with him. *sighs*
Dharma: If only Mum was still with us…
Viv: I know.
*Greg enters the house*
Greg: Viv! Come here and give us a hug! *pulls Viv into a tight hug*
Viv: How are you Greg?
Greg: Better than ever now that you are here.
Dharma: Just hope this baby comes soon.
Viv: You’re pregnant? I didn’t know that!
Dharma: I’m due in six months sister!
Viv: Awesome!
Greg: Why don’t you get settled and I’ll take your things into your room. Okay?
Viv: Great! *heads upstairs with Greg*
Dharma: *to herself* I love life right now.
(At Coral D’s, Darren and Chrissie are talking)
Chrissie: I love you.
Darren: Love you too Chrissie.
Chrissie: I’ve been thinking…
Darren: About what?
Chrissie: I want to take this relationship to the next level.
Darren: I’ve been thinking the same thing!
Chrissie: You have?
Darren: So shall we do it?
Chrissie: Of course we can!
*they kiss*

That afternoon, Viv is at the diner (which is packed) drinking a banana milkshake when Mary and Rhonda walk in.
Rhonda: *to Viv* Hey. Do you mind if we sit next to you? All the other seats are full.
Viv: Sure.
*Rhonda and Mary sit down across from Viv*
Mary: I’m actually glad to be home from hospital. The food is disgusting.
Viv: What were you in hospital for?
Mary: You see this baby girl I’m holding? I gave birth to her on two days ago.
Viv: She’s so adorable.
Mary: I know.
Viv: What’s her name?
Mary: Cleo.
Rhonda: You should’ve seen how cramped the maternity ward was. Nearly all of Mary’s family and friends came and visited. Not too mention her boyfriend Adam’s family and friends too.
Viv: Who’s Adam?
Mary: My boyfriend. He was crying when he first held Cleo.
Viv: I just wish I could be a mother someday.
Rhonda: You’ve got the maternal drive for it. By the way, what’s your name?
Viv: Viv Newton.
Rhonda: Is that short for Vivian?
Viv: Actually, my full name is Aviva.
Mary: Interesting. I’m Mary Wong and this girl sitting next to me is my best friend Rhonda Sheridan. She’s awesome.
Rhonda: Thanks Mary. But you are more interesting. *smiles*
Viv: Any siblings?
Rhonda: I have foster siblings. They’re awesome.
Mary: I have a younger sister named Nicole and twin brothers named Keanu and Lincoln. How about you Viv?
Viv: I have one half-sister named Dharma and one full sister named Tammy.
Rhonda: Your half-sister isn’t Dharma Montgomery by any chance?
*Viv nods her head*
Rhonda: Small world. *smiles* Dharma and her husband are so nice.
Mary: I agree with you on that one bestie.
Viv: Am I your friends now?
Mary/Rhonda: Of course you are.
*Viv hugs both Mary and Rhonda*
(At the Kelly’s house, Betty is helping Kierain cope with grieving Dave)
Betty: Just let it all out sweetie pie.
*Kierain cries in Betty’s arms*
Betty: Does that feel better?
*Kierain nods his head*
Betty: You are more than welcome to come stay with us.
Kierain: *sniffing* Thanks Betty.

That night, Simon and Debbie are horsing around in Martin’s office.
Simon: STOP THROWING INK AT ME!!!
Debbie: YOU THREW IT FIRST!!!
*Simon goes to throw the ink at Debbie who dodges it and it destroys Martin’s blueprint of Judy’s house*
Debbie: Oh no!
Simon: Shall we make a run for it?
Debbie: YES!!!!
*Simon and Debbie flee the house*
(At Alf and Ailsa’s place, Ailsa has just gotten off the phone with Bamato Dohnal)
Ailsa: Good news Alf.
Alf: What love?
Ailsa: My niece Emma Jackson is coming to live with us.
Alf: You’ve got to be kidding Ailse. We don’t have the room.
Ailsa: Yes we do. She’ll be sharing a room with Roo.
Alf: When is this niece of yours arriving?
Ailsa: Tomorrow at midday. I’m so excited Alf.
*Tami, Krystal, Roo and Brendan enter the living room*
Alf: Hey kids. We have something to tell you.
Brendan: We’re not moving are we?
Ailsa: No.
Krystal: It better be good news.
Tami: It probably will be cuz.
Ailsa: My niece will be living with us on a permanent basis.
Roo: What’s her name?
Ailsa: Emma Jackson. By the way Roo, she’ll be sharing your bedroom.

Ailsa: Now she’s arriving tomorrow at midday. Try and be nice to her.

Emma: Boy you really are a wimp you know that? Don’t know why Aunty Ailsa married you in the first place!
Alf: HOLD ON A MINUTE!!!
*Alf goes after Emma but Ailsa stops him*

Alf: I’ve had a gutful of her behaviour Ailse. If she wants to carry on like this, she’ll have to find alternative accommodation because I WON’T have it! *walks off*

(At the Kelly’s house, Martin has discovered his blueprint of Judy’s new house under his drawing desk. It’s covered with ink.)

Martin: My blueprint has been destroyed!

On Wednesday morning, Celia is still in hospital. It turns out she suffered a heart attack during Bette’s picnic.
Doctor: Good morning Miss Stewart. I’ve got some good news. Your heart surgery was a success. You’ll be able to go home this afternoon.
Celia: That is wonderful news. Thank you doctor.
Doctor: The cause of your heart attack was stress. I want you to try and get some rest when you return home and refrain from any heavy housework.
Celia: Okay doctor. *smiles
(At Coral D’s, Bette is hugging Kierain)
Bette: Did you enjoy the picnic?
Kierain: Yes I did. It’s a shame what happened to Celia though.
Bette: Knowing her, I’m sure she’ll pull through. Say, did you want some ice-cream?
Kierain: Yes please.
Bette: What flavour?
Kierain: Chocolate.
Bette: My favourite! Let’s have it together!

When Debbie returns home from school that afternoon, Martin sees red. The reason? Debbie is TWO hours late.

Debbie: I was at Anahera’s place. She’s got this MASSIVE TV in the living room.

At the Wong’s house, Adam has come over to tell Mary some important news.
Mary: What do you want to talk about babe?
Adam: Well…I don’t know how to say this.

*Adam pulls out a ring box and opens it to find a gold ring with a diamond on it*
Adam: Mary Alicia Wong, will you marry me?
*Mary’s eyes well up with tears*
Mary: Adam Truong…I accept!
*Adam puts the ring on Mary’s left hand and they kiss passionately*
Mary: But what does this mean for us?
Adam: I want you and Cleo to move in with me. After all, I’m Cleo’s dad.
Mary: But your apartment is so small. Where will we fit Cleo?
Adam: I bought a house in Revesby, so we can get settled in.
Mary: Oh Adam. You are just too sweet! *hugs Adam* But I need time to make a decision.

(Meanwhile, Tiago is at home recovering from his shoulder injury when Darren pops around for a visit.)
Darren: How’s your shoulder?
Tiago: Still sore. I’m going to miss six weeks of rugby though.
Darren: I was just wondering did you want to convert to AFL?
Tiago: Not really. I’d rather prefer rugby league and rugby union. Thanks for asking though Darren.
Darren: No worries mate.
*Alice storms into the house*
Tiago: Hey twin sis? What’s up?
Alice: Steven asked that Viv Newton bitch out! I thought me and Steven had a thing going! Turns out I was wrong!
Tiago: It’s just a friendly date Alice. Would a hug make you feel better?
Alice: Doubt it! But okay. *goes over to Tiago and hugs him*

The next day (Friday), Kierain and Dawn are at Denise Millane’s house helping her with the chores as she still recovers from her injuries left by Bea.
Dawn: Anything else you need done?
Denise: No. That’s about it guys. Thanks for your help today guys. I really appreciate it.
Kierain: Anything for Darren Millane’s mum.
*The phone rings*
Denise: If that’s Eddie McGuire, tell him to rack off.
*Kierain answers the phone. It’s Eddie McGuire*
Kierain: RACK OFF EDDIE!!!! STOP BEING AN ANNOYING LITTLE PEST!!! *slams the phone down*
Denise: Thanks Kierain.

(As Kierain and Dawn are waiting for a bus to take them to Summer Bay, Debbie sees Kierain and smiles at him)
