On Christmas Eve (Saturday), Kierain sees the painting that Coral D did when he first wakes up.

Kierain: Who did this painting?
*Coral D walks in*

Coral D: I did.

Kierain: It is breathtaking! *cries and hugs Coral D*

Coral D: I’m glad you like it. Say, are you looking forward to the Christmas lunch at Tom and Lil’s tomorrow?

Kierain: Not really.

Coral D: I’ll tell you what? Why don’t you go and visit them this afternoon before you go to Melissa’s Christmas party.

Kierain: Do I have to?

Coral D: I don’t want to force anything on you, but I think it’s best that you visit them. For me and Nan.

*Kierain looks hesitant*

Kierain: Well…all right.

Coral D: I just know it will work out.

(So that afternoon, Kierain decides to visit the Fletchers)

*Everyone is glad to see him*

Lil: I’m so glad you could come visit Kierain.

Kierain: Me too.

Tom: How are you mate?

Kierain: I’m good.

*The foster kids come downstairs*

Kierain: Hey my dear foster siblings. How are you?

*The girls hug Kierain while the boys shake his hand*

Bridget: Are you coming over to our place for the Christmas lunch?
Kierain: I’ve thought about it and I’m going.

Bridget: Oh that is excellent.

*Sally storms downstairs*

Sally: Oh it’s Mr Wheelie Bin!!! Buzz off somewhere else!!!
*Everyone stands up for Kierain*

Lil: SALLY FLETCHER!!! HOW DARE YOU BE SO RUDE!!!

Tom: NOW THAT BEHAVIOUR YOUNG LADY IS NOT ON!!!

Sally: I DON’T CARE! I HATE HIM!!! *storms upstairs*

*Kierain laughs*
Kierain: Someone call Stella Reid from Nanny 911.

Lil: We’re seriously thinking of doing that.

That night, Melissa is having her Christmas party at her house where all the teens are invited (minus Amy). Jacqueline and the Roomies are also in attendance.

Melissa: Is everyone having a great time?
Party guests: Yes!

Melissa: That’s good. Enjoy the night. *smiles*

*Mary and Bernadette are talking*

Bernadette: Thought of any baby names yet?

Mary: I was thinking of naming her Cleo Marie Truong.

Bernadette: Why are you giving it Adam’s surname?

Mary: Adam’s the father. So, are you going to see your parents tomorrow?

Bernadette: Don’t know if I want to.

Mary: I think you should.

Bernadette: I might do that actually. Thanks Mary.

Mary: No problems.

*Bernadette hugs Mary while Leanne is talking to Kellie*

Leanne: I wonder where Amy is?
Kellie: Melissa didn’t invite her. And good riddance too.

Leanne: You’re right about that Kellie. I know you haven’t been perfect, but you are starting to open your heart more and that’s what I like.

Kellie: Oh thanks Leanne.

*Samuelu and Karen are kissing*

Samuelu: I love you.

Karen: I love you too.

Samuelu: Can we have a baby like Mary?

Karen: Don’t worry about it. I would like kids someday, but not right now. *smiles*

Samuelu: I understand perfectly. *smiles back*

(By 10:30pm, everyone is dancing or drinking soft drink)

Jacqueline: You know Reiko, we should have Chinese food for Christmas lunch tomorrow?

Reiko: What about the turkey?
Jacqueline: We’ll have that AND the Chinese food. *smiles*

Reiko: That sounds fair.

(By 1:00am, the party has finished)

Melissa: Thanks everyone for coming to my Christmas party. I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas.

Party Guest: You too Melissa.

*Kierain and Dawn are preparing to leave*

Kierain: I’ve got something to tell you Dawn.

Dawn: What’s that boo?

Kierain: I want us to go steady.

Dawn: Go steady? Are you sure?

Kierain: I think it’s time we should go steady. I love you Dawn.

Dawn: I love you too.

*They kiss*

On Christmas Day (Sunday), Mary and Nicole have finished opening their presents and are preparing for their Christmas lunch with their newly divorced parents.

Nicole: I’m so glad Mum’s coming.

Mary: Me too. I’m dreading what she’s going to do when she finds out that I’m pregnant.

Nicole: She already knows.

Mary: WHAT?!?

Nicole: I said she already knows. Dad told her on the phone.

Mary: *about to freak* How did she take it?

Nicole: She took it better than I thought she did.

Mary: *lets out a huge sigh of relief* What a relief.

Nicole: I know.

*There’s a knock at their door*

Mary: This will be her. *opens the door to find Kim standing there* Hi Mum. How are you?

Kim: Mary! It’s so good to see you. *hugs Mary* Where’s Nikki?

*Nicole runs at the front door*

Nicole: Mum!!!

Kim: Hi Nikki. How are you? *hugs Nicole as well*

*Mary notices that Kim is getting big*

Mary: Have you gained weight Mum?

Kim: No. I’m pregnant.

*Mary and Nicole look shocked*

Mary/Nicole: WHAT?!?

Kim: Yes. I’m due next week. I’m having twins. Both of them are boys.

Nicole: Who’s the father?

Kim: Your dad. But don’t tell him. I want to tell him myself.

*Victor arrives at the door*

Victor: Hi Kim.

Kim: Victor. *smiles*

(At the dining table, the Wong’s are eating their meal when Kim drops the bombshell)

Kim: Victor there’s something you should know.

Victor: What’s that?

Kim: I’m having twin boys. And you’re the father.

Victor: Really?!? But I thought…

Kim: It turns out that a few weeks before we divorced, we had…

Mary/Nicole: MUM PLEASE!!!!

Kim: Okay girls. I know we’re divorced, but I want us to raise our twin boys together when they are born.

Victor: I will do that.

*Kim smiles*

Mary: Shall we dig in?

*The Wong’s continue to eat their food*

At Jacqueline and the Roomies house, they are having Chinese food and at Reiko‘s request, the traditional Christmas turkey.

Jacqueline: This fried rice is delicious.

David: You don’t say Jackie. *to Grace* Pass the Peking duck.

Grace: *passes the Peking duck to David* Enjoying your turkey Reiko?

Reiko: It’s not just my turkey, it’s OUR turkey Grace.

Jillian: I didn’t know Chinese restaurants were open on Christmas Day.

Vanessa: The one at Yabbie Creek is. That’s where we got this delicious food.

*Adrian bursts into giggles*

David: What’s funny Adrian?

Adrian: What Vanessa said. *laughing*

Jacqueline: When can we see your talk show back on GEM Reiko?

Reiko: My show comes back on January 9.

Jillian: I wonder what’s in store?

Reiko: I’ll be interviewing the Black Sorrows and doing a piece on missing people.

*The roomies continue eating their Chinese food*

Nina: I thought you’d be having Chrissie lunch with Kez.

Dawn: I decided to let him celebrate Christmas with his family.

Stacey: That’s sweet of you Dawn.

*Amy and Larni walk out of the kitchenette arguing*

Amy: I’M GONNA COOK THE TURKEY!

Belinda: GIRLS!!! IT’S CHRISTMAS!

Belinda: Today shouldn’t be a day to argue over who’s doing what. This is a day of celebrating.

Nina: Your foster mother’s right.

*They sit down and eat*

Belinda: Where’s Uncle Brett? I thought he was coming.

Stacey: He decided to have Christmas with your grandad!

Nina: How is Gordon these days?

Stacey: Very well. He’s currently working at Macklin Corporated in New York.

Larni: I hear you host The X-Factor Miss Olivera.

Amy: Cool!

Dawn: Have you been to California?
Nina: I’ve been to Los Angeles many times. I also did a gig in Miami, Florida last year.

Belinda: So what type of music are you into?

Nina: Anything. Just not that classical and opera rubbish.

Stacey: I resent that my best friend. *smiles*

*The Macklin’s, Nina and Dawn continue on with their Christmas lunch*

At the beach house, Frank, Leanne, Lisa, Marilyn, Matt and baby Marcus are about to start their Christmas lunch when there‘s a knock at the back door.

Marilyn: Who could that be? *opens the door to find her parents Mortimer and Bella Goth standing there.* Oh hello Mum and Dad.

Bella: Hi precious. *kisses Marilyn on the cheek*

Mortimer: Hope you don’t mind if we spend Christmas lunch with our daughter.

Lisa: That’s perfectly fine.

Leanne: Where’s Cass and Alex?

*The Goth’s sit down with the rest of the beach house crew and start to eat their food*

Marilyn: This is what I call a perfect Christmas.

(At Myra’s Angels house, they are having Christmas lunch with their own children)

*Myra’s children are Alan and Kay, Kathy’s daughter is Brenda, Judy’s daughter is Lori and Martha’s children are Kelly and Thomas. Doreen’s sons Colin and Kevin are also invited*

Myra: Before we start our Christmas lunch, I think we should honour Doreen and Pamela.

Colin: Sounds like a plan Myra.

Myra: Dear God, please watch over our beloved friends Doreen Anderson and Pamela Richardson. It’s a shame that they cannot be here to enjoy this special day with us. Amen.

*They eat their food*

At Alf and Ailsa‘s, their Christmas lunch is anything but joyful.

Alf: This turkey tastes bland!

Ailsa: I did the best I could Alfred!

Alf: YOU DON’T KNOW HOW TO FLAMIN COOK AND THAT’S ALL THERE IS TOO IT.

Ailsa: EXCUSE ME BUSTER, BUT I COOK FOR 12 HOURS STRAIGHT AT THE DINER AND THE CUSTOMERS TELL ME MY FOOD IS THE BEST!!!
Alf: THAT’S BECAUSE NO ONE WANTS TO HURT YOUR FEELINGS AILSE!!! YOU ARE A HORRIBLE COOK AND YOU ALWAYS HAVE BEEN!!!

Roo: Dad please stop!

Alf: Keep out of this Roo! Cook the turkey again!

Ailsa: But Alf…

Alf: *bangs his fist on the table* COOK IT AGAIN WOMAN!!!!

*Ailsa grabs the turkey and storms into the kitchen while Roo storms into her bedroom and slams the door*

Alf: Is that too much to ask?

*Ailsa cries once in the kitchen*

(At the caravan park, Arthur and Maggie have invited Donald over for their Christmas lunch)

Maggie: I say Donald, do you like the turkey I made.

Arthur: You didn’t make it Mum. I did.

Maggie: No you didn’t. I cooked it.

Arthur: At 6:00am this morning and I had to rush out and buy another one because you burned it.

Donald: Regardless to who made it, the turkey looks delicious. Shall we eat it?

Maggie: Yes that’s a good idea. Don’t you agree Arthur?

Arthur: Yes I do.

*Donald, Arthur and Maggie eat their Christmas lunch*

At the Fletcher‘s, Heather is in her bedroom which she shares with Rhonda holding a tape recorder when Kellie walks in.

Kellie: Mind if I come in?

Heather: No. Come in Kellie.

Kellie: What’s the tape recorder for?

Heather: I recorded Sally badmouthing the whole entire family.

Kellie: Really?

Heather: I’m playing it if she gives poor Kierain any trouble.

Kellie: I’ll sort her out as well.

Heather: Don’t hit her.

Kellie: I won’t. Hey listen, I just want to say that I’m sorry for everything that I did to you.

Heather: Don’t worry about it. I forgave you ages ago. *smiles*

*Kellie hugs Heather as they hear a car pull up*

Kellie: That must be them.

*Kellie and Heather go downstairs and see Coral D, Dave, Coral K, Bert and Kierain in the living room*

Coral D: My darling grandkids.

Kierain: When shall we start the lunch?

(An hour later, the Drouyn’s, the King’s and the Fletcher’s sit down and have their Christmas lunch. It isn’t long before Sally causes trouble)

Sally: Who cooked this turkey?

Tom: Lil did.

Sally: Pippa cooked a much better turkey than this!
*Everyone gasps*

Tom: WHAT did you say?!?

*Fed up with her behaviour, Heather plays the recording of Sally badmouthing everyone in the family*

Sally: *on the tape recorder* I HATE MY FAMILY. SAMUELU IS A NOBODY, GERI IS A LOSER, KELLIE IS TROUBLEMAKING GIRL, GARRY IS ANNOYING, HEATHER IS A WALKING TIMEBOMB, RHONDA IS A DEPRESSED WIMP, BRIDGET IS A FREAK, FLISS IS A WANNABEE, CARLY IS AN ATTENTION SEEKER, BOBBY IS FOUL MOUTHED, STEVEN IS A SMARTY PANTS, LYNDZ IS A GENDER CONFUSED LOSER, JORDAN IS PATHETIC AT KEEPING FRIENDS, LIL IS A FAKE MOTHER, TOM IS A BAD FATHER AND FINALLY KIERAIN IS A CRYBABY RETARD THAT HAS NO FRIENDS. *the tape stops playing*

Kierain: No! I want to stay and confront Sally!

Lil: Okay then. *to Coral K and Bert* Take the kids outside please.

Coral K: Come on my darling grandkids.

*The foster children go outside with Coral K and Bert*

Lil: HOW DARE YOU SAY SUCH AWFUL THINGS ABOUT THIS FAMILY SALLY?!?

Sally: Well, it’s true!

Kierain: I HAVE A LOT OF PROBLEMS IN MY LIFE SALLY! FIRST ADRIANA DYING, THEN BEA DYING AND NOW DOREEN DYING!!! I CANNOT TAKE ANYMORE BULL**** FROM ANYONE!!!

Tom: I’M VERY ANGRY WITH YOU SALLY!!!
Sally: WELL, I DON’T CARE IF I HURT ANYONE’S FEELINGS!!! THIS HOUSE WAS GREAT UNTIL PIPPA GOT THE BOOT FOR THIS BITCH!!!! *points at Lil*

Coral D: PIPPA GOT THE BOOT BECAUSE SHE SLAPPED KIERAIN!!!!

Sally: KIERAIN THIS! KIERAIN THAT! I’M SICK OF HEARING THAT LOSER’S NAME!!!! I HATE THIS FAMILY AND I’LL NEVER FORGIVE YOU FOR RUINING PIPPA’S LIFE AND FAVOURING KIERAIN!!! *runs out of the house crying*

Kierain: Can we go home please Gran?
Coral D: Sure darling. I’m sorry about this.

Sally: I want to find another foster home! I hate it at the Fletcher’s!

That night, Kierain is watching Green Day perform live at Yabbie Creek.

Billy Joe: Summer has come and passed. The innocent can never last. Wake me up when September ends. Like my father's come to pass. Seven years has gone so fast. Wake me up when September ends.

*At 9:00pm, American Idiot is performed*

Billy Joe: Don't wanna be an American idiot.. Don't want a nation under the new media. And can you hear the sound of hysteria? The subliminal mind **** America. Welcome to a new kind of tension. All across the alien nation. Where everything isn't meant to be okay.

*The final song of the night Time of Your Life is played at 11:00pm*

Billy Joe: Another turning point, a fork stuck in the road. Time grabs you by the wrist, directs you where to go. So make the best of this test, and don't ask why. It's not a question, but a lesson learned in time. It's something unpredictable, but in the end it's right. I hope you had the time of your life.
(When the concert is over, Billy Joe goes over to Kierain)

Billy Joe: You want an autograph and a photo of us together?

Kierain: Sure.

*Billy Joe signs Kierain’s Green Day album and they then have a photo together*

The next day (Wednesday), Stella Reid from Nanny 911 arrives at the Fletcher‘s.

Stella: Lillian Stokes?

Lil: That’s me. Who are you?

Stella: Stella Reid from Nanny 911. How are you?

Lil: I’m great now that you’ve arrived. *smiles*

Stella: So who’s the problem child?

Lil: Sally. She’s been nothing but defiant since Kierain left home.

Stella: Who’s Kierain?

Lil: Our foster son. He’s living with his Gran now.

Stella: May I ask why he’s living with his Gran?

Lil: Well, his original foster mother Pippa slapped him when she had a go at his foster aunt Bea Smith and he stood up for her. As you can see, he and Bea were really close. They met at the prison where Bea and I were. Well, when Bea died because of PIPPA he just shut down as Tom didn’t understand why he was rebelling when Bea and his other aunt Adriana Xenides.

Stella: Could he have left home because he wasn’t getting enough attention?

Lil: Definitely. However, I moved in with Tom and the kids just after Kierain left so I wouldn’t know that well.

Stella: I see. *smiles* Shall we get started?

Lil: Oh yes.

*Sally walks downstairs and grabs a piece of cheese from the fridge*

Lil: Put the cheese back Sal.

Sally: WHY?!?

Lil: Because it’s almost dinner time and don’t speak to me in that kind of tone!

*Sally eats the cheese*

Sally: All gone.

Lil: Time out for you!!!

Stella: I suggest a one warning, one consequence, but I’ll tell you all about that tomorrow.

Sally: Who are you? A Mary Poppins stunt double?

Lil: SALLY!!!!
Sally: Well she is! *runs upstairs*

Lil: That’s Sally for you.
Stella: Have you ever thought of boarding school?

Lil: Not yet.

Stella: That’s what will happen if she doesn’t improve during my stay.

*Lil looks doubtful*

At the diner, Amy is stealing money from the till and she plants it in Steven‘s backpack.

*When Steven walks out of the diner, Amy plays the innocent card*

Amy: Oh Ailsa. I need to talk to you.

Ailsa: What is it?

Amy: I saw Steven Matheson steal money from the cash register.

Ailsa: When was this?

Amy: A few minutes ago.

*Ailsa phones the police as Amy turns away and smirks her head off*

(Steven is walking home when Janet Walsh gets out of the police car)

Janet: Afternoon Matheson. May I see your bag?

Steven: Sure. *hands Janet the bag*

*Janet opens it and finds the money*
Janet: Just as I suspected. Why did you steal this money?
