Leanne is sitting on a chair in her bedroom, listening to Alf and Ailsa’s conversation.

Ailsa: But Alf. We want to know who the smoker is?

*Leanne quickly stubs out the cigarette and throws it out the window*

Alf: I think I know who it is.

Ailsa: Who?

Alf: *meaning Leanne* Her in there.

*Leanne escapes out the window and runs out of the house just as Alf and Ailsa enter her bedroom*

Alf: Leanne?!?

Ailsa: Hey. The window is wide open.

Alf: She probably went to Celia's. Good thing she did.

The next morning, Erin Brockovich arrives at the Fletcher's house. She is Bea's new parole officer.

Erin: Pippa Fletcher?

Pippa: Yes?

Erin: I'm Erin Brockovich from Shine Lawyers. Is Bea Smith around?

Pippa: BEA!!!

*Bea comes downstairs*

Bea: Miss Brockovich?

Erin: Hello Bea. I'm Erin Brockovich from Shine Lawyers. I'm your new parole officer.

Bea: Well, I’m glad to hear it. That last guy was useless.

Erin: Shall we get started?

*As Bea and Erin sit down, Rhonda wheels Kierain from the backyard*

Kierain: Hi everyone.

Pippa: How was the walk?

Rhonda: It was good. *notices Erin* Who's that with Aunty Bea?

Bea: Kids. Meet my new parole officer Erin Brockovich.

Rhonda: Hello Erin. It's nice to meet you. I'm Rhonda Sheridan and this is Kierain Greeney.

Kierain: Hi Erin.

Erin: What a lovely family you have Pippa. Is Bea your sister?

Pippa: Well no you see...

(Flashback to the first buddy program)

*Bea notices Kierain is crying*

Bea: What's wrong?

Kierain: I recently lost my aunty.

Bea: You poor thing. *hugs Kierain*

(end flashback)

Erin: I see. I just hope that you are happy here.

Bea: I am.

In the city, Mary and Adam are listening to Head Radio and they hear a news update.

Newsreader: The funeral of Barbara Piers was held yesterday which saw the whole Summer Bay community turn out to pay their respects.

Mary: That was my friend Bobby's best friend.

Adam: Is she okay?

Mary: She'll be fine.

Adam: What do you want to do today?

Mary: Wanna go to the footy?

Adam: Oh yeah! I still got tickets for the Hurstville/Lurnea under 18's rugby game this afternoon.

Mary: Ace! I might see if my Summer Bay friends can come.

Adam: Ace!

(Later that afternoon, Sally comes in.)

Sally: Hey Pippa?

Pippa: Yes sweetie?

Sally: What does a fag mean?

Pippa: WHAT DID YOU SAY?

Sally: Well, that's what Julie Tattersall said about Lyndz and Bernadette.

Pippa: You go to your room while I tell Julie off!

(Meanwhile, Bea and Lynne are in the attic.)

Lynne: So, you pretty much share this space with Kierain then?

Bea: Yes I do. How's Wandin Valley?

Lynne: Oh god Bea. I’m glad I left.

Bea: Why did you leave?

*Sound of Kierain's bedroom door opening and the old TV turning on*

*Lynne goes over to Kierain*

Kierain: Him and his dopey mate Lance decided to hold up the disabled bathroom in the bus station.

*Lynne marches over to Martin and Lance and slaps both of them*

Martin: Settle down!

Lynne: CREEPS!!! *storms off*

Over at the Miller sports oval, Mary and Adam (along with Orlando, Brittany, Melissa, Judith, Fliss and Sione) are watching the under-18's rugby match between Lurnea and Hurstville.

Fliss: Wow! What a try!

Melissa: Just look at that Lurnea player.

Judith: Which number?

Melissa: Number 12.

Judith: He’s hot.

Orlando: Some of the players from the Lurnea team I go way back with.

Fliss: What do you mean?

Orlando: We go to school together.

Melissa: What's Number 12's name? I just love Maori guys!

Orlando: He’s Chris Evans.

*Melissa blushes*

Mary: *singing* Someone's face is turning red.

*Melissa giggles*

(At Alf and Ailsa's, Leanne finally turns up)

Ailsa: We have you been young lady?

Leanne: *lying* Helping Lisa at the store.

Ailsa: Nice try, but we phoned there and you weren't there.

Leanne: More like that old bag Celia dobbed me in! Stuck up cow!

*Ailsa is quick to defend Celia*

At the diner, Lyndz and Bernadette are being picked on by Julie Tattersall and her friends Sharyn Taylor and Alyce Davis.

Bernadette: Just ignore them Lyndz.

Alyce: I didn't know one of the Fletcher girls was a lesbian!

Bea: Chips and nuggets.

*Tom walks in*

Tom: Hey Pip. I need to talk to you about Geri Weaver.

Pippa: Tom can you not see I’m talking to Bea?

Bea: It's all right love. Talk to him. *smiles*

Pippa: What about Geri?

Tom: We should foster her.

Pippa: I was thinking the exact same thing. *smiles*

Tom: Then, it's settled. She moves in tomorrow.

In the city, Mary and Adam are talking about the game.

Mary: I'm glad Lurnea won!

Adam: So am I.

Mary: I wonder who they face in the final....

Adam: It’ll be interesting.

Mary: It was funny though. Melissa managed to get Number 12's number. *laughs*

Adam: Yeah. She fancies him. *laughs*

Mary: I don't wanna go back home tomorrow though. *pulls a sad face*

Adam: Call and ask to stay an extra day.

Mary: Then Mum will say "If you did that, then you'd stay another extra day."

*Adam gives Mary a big kiss*

Celia: Hello Alfred.

Alf: WHAT THE HELL HAVE YOU DONE TO LYNDZ AND BERNADETTE SIS?!?

*Leanne storms over to Celia and screams her head off*

Alf: I NORMALLY WOULD TELL YOU TO KEEP OUT OF IT LEANNE, BUT THIS TIME YOU'RE RIGHT! AS OF RIGHT NOW CELIA STEWART, YOU ARE BANNED FROM THIS HOUSE!!!!

Celia: But…

On Friday morning, Mary is waiting for a coach to take her back to Summer Bay.

Mary: I guess this is goodbye again.

Adam: Don’t forget to write.

Mary: I won't. *hugs Adam really tightly before getting on the bus*

Adam: Bye babe.

Mary: Bye. *waves at Adam as the bus drives off*

(On the bus, Mary looks sad)

Lady: You okay dear?

Mary: Everything's fine. Thanks.

*A woman (Teresa Brett) sitting next to Mary doesn't buy it*

Teresa: Are you sure?

Mary: *whispering to Teresa* No, I'm not. And who are you?

Teresa: Teresa Brett. And you are?

Mary: I’m Mary Wong.

Teresa: So, what's wrong?

Mary: I have to leave my boyfriend behind.

Teresa: Young love. My husband and I were like that when we first met.

At the caravan park, a woman by the name of Stephanie Weaver knocks on the Fletcher's front door.

Bea: Hang on. *answers the door* Yes?

Stephanie: Is Geri Weaver here?

Stephanie: MY DAUGHTER GERI!!!!

*Carly arrives at the door*

Carly: Settle down! *to Bea* Go find Kierain. He went out early this morning.

*Geri walks in*

Teresa: It was nice meeting you Mary. Hope all goes well with your boyfriend. *gets off the bus*

*Mary's cell phone starts ringing*

Kim: I'm waiting at the bus stop for you darling. I'll see you then.

*Mary pretends to cry*

Mary: I...just...miss...everyone!

At her place, Celia is watching a Southern Cross News update.

*Kierain heads for the attic*

Kierain: Anyone home?

Pippa: *from upstairs* Bea went shopping with Ailsa.

Kierain: Fair enough. *goes down to his part and turns on the old TV*

James Sherry: Welcome back to A*mazing. Reefton Lakes are in the lead on 244 points and it's time for the key run.

*Bobby, Rhonda and Fliss enter the attic*

Fliss: You okay Kez?

Kierain: Yeah I’m fine. Sorry about Barbra.

Bobby: It's all good.

Fliss: Looking forward to the start of the HSC?

Rhonda: What's the HSC?

Kierain: Yes and Rhonda it's a series of exams we do in Year 12.

*Bea returns home*

Bea: Come on you lot. He needs space

Fliss: Why?

*Sally runs in*

Sally: You said you'd watch Saddle Club with me Bobby, Fliss and Rhonda.

Later, Kim waits at the bus stop for Mary. However, Mary isn't on the bus. (she's actually hiding under the seats)

*Mary runs out of the bus crying for real this time, leaving Kim to pick up her bags*

Melissa: What's wrong with Mary?

Mary: I miss Adam.

*Kim looks sad as Mary continues to run away*

Melissa: Was she like this on moving day?

Kim: Well no.

Melissa: That's so out of character for her.

(Once home, Mary locks herself in her bedroom and sobs quietly)

Victor: MARY! DINNER!

Kim: Victor. I don't think she wants any.

Nicole: Is something wrong Mum?

Kim: I think she misses Adam.

Nicole: Awww. *looks sad*

(At the Fletchers, Pippa is fussing over Bobby.)

Pippa: She went to dinner with Erin.

*Kierain storms out, which catches Pippa's attention*

Pippa: Kierain wait!

*Kierain turns around looking angry*

Pippa: I want to say that I'm sorry for not giving you any attention lately. Bobby's been sad.

Kierain: Yeah and I’ve been happy as Larry?!

Pippa: At least you've got Bea. You don't need me anymore. *cries*

*Kierain looks sad*

Kierain: AYE! Did you ever stop and think for a split second that maybe just MAYBE I wasn't coping?

Kierain: I'm surprised you bloody noticed! Good god I was as close to Adriana as Bobby was to Barbra!

Mary: Not a lot. Just school. God I miss Adam.

(Two hours later, Mary is STILL on the phone)

*Kim enters the living room*

(At the Fletcher's, Stephanie barges in looking for Geri)

*Already in a bad mood over losing Kierain, Pippa blows up at Stephanie*

(Later, Mary is giving Kim the silent treatment)

Mary: I'm going to watch Smash Hits TV.

Kim: You are grounded!

*Mary lashes out, which doesn't happen very often*

Mary: WILL YOU SHUT THE HELL UP?!? I'M 18 YEARS-OLD AND I'M ABOUT TO START MY HSC IN TWO DAYS!!! YOU NEVER CARE ABOUT ME AND HOW LEAVING MY FRIENDS WOULD EFFECT ME!! DO ME A FAVOUR AND LEAVE ME THE HELL ALONE!!!!

Kim: MARY WONG!!

*Mary throws the remote down and storms out of the room*

The next morning (Sunday), Mary is in her room listening to her iPhone when Kim walks in.

Kim: Mary.

*Mary ignores her and plays The Sims on her iPhone*

Kim: MARY!!! *snatches the phone away*

Mary: HEY!!!! I WAS LISTENING TO THAT THANK YOU!!!

Kim: WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM?!?

Mary: My problem is that I miss the city! I miss my friends and I miss everything! *sobs*

Kim: WE HAD TO MOVE FOR YOUR FATHER'S WORK

Mary: MORE LIKE YOU WANTED TO DRAG US HERE!!!! I LOVE MY FRIENDS AT SUMMER BAY, BUT I WANT TO MOVE BACK TO THE CITY ONCE I FINISH SCHOOL!!! *runs out crying*

(Later, Kim is talking to Victor about it)

Victor: Poor Mary.

Kim: Did we do the right thing?

Victor: We should've moved next year instead of now.

*Mary enters the house*

At the caravan park, Maggie is putting rubber gloves in the toaster.

*Bobby walks in just in time*

*Celia enters Maggie and Arthur's caravan*

*Maggie hits Celia with a newspaper*

(Meanwhile, Pippa is crying over Kierain being gone)

Pippa: Where did I go wrong? He hasn't rebelled since we took him in.

(Flashback to Kierain rebelling over his uncle's death)

*Kierain comes in at 4am*

Tom: WHERE THE HELL HAVE YOU BEEN GEANEY?

Tom: IN THIS HOUSE YOU TREAT PEOPLE WITH RESPECT!!!

*Pippa comes downstairs*

Later that morning, Leanne and Steven are in Yabbie Creek for the day.

Steven: Would you like a coke?

Leanne: Sure hunky. *smiles*

Steven: Yeah. I'll have 2 cokes thanks.

*Leanne sees some bogan lady yelling her head off at a woman outside a fashion shop*

Leanne: What on earth?

Lady 1: MY DAUGHTER NEEDS THAT DRESS FOR THE BLOODY FORMAL!!!

Lady 2: MINE DOES TOO!

Lady: YOU'RE A DOG! GIVE IT!!! *tries to grab the dress*

Lady 2: YOU GIVE IT!!!! *Yanks the dress off the first lady and pays for it*

*As Lady 2 leaves, Lady 1 trips her over and she lands face first on the footpath*

Leanne: THAT WAS FUNNY!!!

Steven: yeah it was *smiles*

*Lady 1 then steals the dress and runs*

(That incident airs on the Southern Cross News update that afternoon)

Deborah: Two women in Yabbie Creek made a spectacle of themselves while fighting over a dress outside a fashion shop.

*Leanne and Steven see this news item and laugh their heads off*

Leanne: They probably came from the River!

Steven: $50 says they did!

Leanne: Your on!

That night, the Fletchers are celebrating their court case victory by having Kentucky Fried Chicken.

Pippa: Let’s all dig in shall we?
