That chapter was really great Steph I was really shocked at the way Irene treated Belle, and I had a hundred different things running through my head. I was convinced Belle was going to leave home and get killed for living on the streets But you fixed it, and everything is good again Quote

I would have never thought that Irene would react that way to Belle's news but it's good that Alf and Colleen talked some sense into her. I don't think Belle would be able to cope without Irene. Red Ranger 1 Posted October 23, 2009 Report Posted October 23, 2009 Oh, gosh!Loved the chat between Annie and Belle again with Annie seeming more excited about the pregnancy than Belle is.Irene's drinking explains her behaviour in the previous chapter, that makes a lot more sense now.Bit disappointed in Geoff disappearing off to church camp when Belle could probably use his support.Really hoping everything's all right, the way she was talking to Irene before it definitely sounds as though Belle wants the baby. The way Irene's treating Belle is horrible and it's so cute how Aden is still supporting Belle. Ollie's a little smart cookie!
