The opening titles were changed I think a year or two ago? :blink:

I'm not too bothered about the opening titles, I think we're just being picky now. But if it does change hopefully they'll do it more modern and stylish :P

That worked better in 2004 when the credits were down the side, not along the bottom. Five would then simply slide their promo over the left and obscure half the picture, but leave the side with the credits in the original aspect ratio, and therefore legible.

I hope that in the new opening next year the cast members will be in it like old days ...

we may not get new credits as theese are not a year old yet,hope we do like.

home and away production office said they dont think there will be new credits as it was channel 7 who told them that the credits had to be 15 seconds with no cast in them

huh so we are stuck with the worse credits theve ever had,why carnt they bring back early 90s credits as they were nice and had a good feel to them unlike now,so stayin whos going as its nice to get to no a charater well look at walker family as i got to like them and they gone,home and away,s good but its loosing its spark,

Yes, I think these credits are some of the most annoying we've had. Can't they put shots of the cast in but not the names, if they don't want to limit themselves to the current cast, or whatever the problem is? Hey, what about a retrospective, starting with old cast members e.g. Bobby, going quickly through to the current cast? H & A over the years.
