They are the characters who overall I was least impressed with. Some are acted badly, some were just bad characters. They've been characters I've not liked or enjoyed, but they weren't bad characters (Sally fits into this bracket for me) or characters that were ultimately redeemed by the outcome of their story (Charlotte)

Cassie Turner & Kit Hunter have got to be the most vile characters ever to appear on the show.

Martha & Jack Holden come in a close second.
