As already mentioned Chloe because her death destroyed two characters and there was no reason why the writers couldn’t have made her drive off into the Sunset with Jesse as they were both leaving.

Flynn, but at least his death was handled a lot better.

The other person would be Noah. I think the producers had already decided that someone was going to die during the whole Sarah Lewis storyline but I would still bring him back as I thought he and Haley were true soul mates and were perfect for each other and I wasn't too keen on her getting with Scott in the end.

Jenna Evans was the character who, for no readily apparent reason, was the exact double of Laura.(It wasn't just a question of them hiring the same actress, the characters in the show actually noticed that she looked just like Laura.)

Noah, Beth, Chloe, Rocco & Jack. Also Lisa. I'm probably one of the few people who want her to come back but I loved her relationship with Lucas (all of the two episodes it lasted for anyway) but there isn't much point now cause Belle is the only teen left from when she was around.
