DinerLandlord Posted August 19, 2009 Report Posted August 19, 2009 If Sissy-vash refuses to nominate a third time I think BB should kick him out. They won't, but I wish they would. They have gone completely soft, allowing the housemates to run the entire show. The level of rule-breaking this series would never have been tolerated in the past. Remember how much of a drama it was in BB1 when Nick was booted out for trying to influence nominations? Influencing nominations is an everyday activity now.
Slade Posted August 20, 2009 Report Posted August 20, 2009 ^Also recall Kitten got chucked out of the house after only a week for persistent rule breaking, whereas Marcus almost seems to get away with murder. BB even went as far as putting everyone up for eviction to prevent him (and Bea) from going when it was he who in fact broke the rules. Interesting how passive he’s been this week. Last night he pretty much stayed out of the argument with Bea and David. I think that was a last ditch attempt to try and avoid eviction by Bea. Regardless it’s pretty futile now. I didn’t have a problem with David having it out with her but didn’t agree with the way he just kept saying she acted pathetic, swore at her and wouldn’t let her have her say. And I believe him when he said he wasn’t so bothered about being up for eviction it was just the way Bea backstabbed him. I think Lisa was right but the way she jumped in made it looked as though they were both ganging up on her. A couple of weeks ago Bea would have tried to turn the argument around to make them look like the bad guys but she came across better and at least seemed to try and reason with them (obviously still game playing). She should have done this several weeks ago. I think it’s a shame she’s going because there are certain people in the house who I dislike more and I would like to see her annoy them.
MizzyBee123 Posted August 21, 2009 Report Posted August 21, 2009 Sophie makes me laugh so much when she's drunk. And i can't help but laugh at Charlie when he goes all very camp! I'm softening to MArcus but i do think he's a bit of a pig still. Bea needs to leave, i liked her at first but she just aggrivates me now! she's just another Noirin at the end of the day! CHARLIE OR SOPHIE TO WIN
Cat3 Posted August 21, 2009 Report Posted August 21, 2009 It's does looks like Bea will be evicted, I'm going for David to be evicted tonight. Enjoy the show tonight everyone.
Cat3 Posted August 21, 2009 Report Posted August 21, 2009 Bea have just become the eleventh housemate to be evicted from the Big Brother house.
Mrs Bishop Posted August 22, 2009 Report Posted August 22, 2009 I,m so glad that Bea has been evicted I was so fed up with her rows and her keep going over the same old ground if it wasnt with Roddy as she called him it was with Lisa till in the end no one wanted to know she just showed her self to be just a little girl, even in her interview with Divina she really hadnt got any answers for how she had acted towards Freddie Marcus and David she was the one who really deserved to go .
Slade Posted August 22, 2009 Report Posted August 22, 2009 Well I’m disappointed Bea has gone. Although not the nicest of people, I thought she was a great housemate and proved paramount in getting Freddie evicted. I don’t care if I’m alone in saying this but I was extremely displeased with her treatment in the eviction interview and on BBBM. Granted that Davina had to ask her about her behaviour but to me it felt as though she wouldn’t let her get a word in edgeways. She was simply asking the questions to call her out and not to particularly get an answer. I thought Ulrika was more diplomatic though and at least the psychologist gave some constructive criticism. It seemed as though Davina was narked at Bea because she obviously liked Freddie and didn’t like Bea’s treatment of him. Similarly although I don’t mind David she was annoyed at Bea’s backstabbing. On BBBM I’ll let pass Davina’s remark in the beginning about the controversy regarding the female 800m runner from South Africa. But the way she goaded the whole audience into deciding whether Bea was a “bea –tch” or simply being Bea when they got to see some of her lines almost bordered on a witch-hunt. She should be ashamed of herself. The thing that pisses me off is the double-standards and blatant bias. Last year Becks behaved pretty badly but when she got evicted it was almost as if Davina wanted to get out the red carpet. Similarly her treatment of Rachel (who I didn’t want to win) was shocking. I’m so sick and tired of her whole attitude and how the interview technique differs between the people she likes and those she doesn’t. Don’t get me wrong because I thought at times Bea behaved really badly but so have other people (I thought even Alexandra got a better interview than Bea did). It’s funny, Bea seemed totally oblivious to how people perceived her and she really didn’t see anything wrong with her behaviour. I suppose this would explain why she acted the way she did because at the start as someone who’d obviously been watching the show I couldn’t understand why she was employing tactics that would obviously make her unpopular, although I do wonder now whether she was gameplaying or if she is actually like that. I said before that part of me was hoping she just walked but I’m glad she went through with the interview and went on BBMB afterwards. That must have been difficult. The idea to give Charlie the magazines as part of a task was a great idea by BB. It had the effect of generating fear and paranoia. Finally Sophie saw the light and decided that she would be single when she left the house (it remains to be seen if she’ll actually go through with it) and when they said that Bea was bonkers I found her reaction quite amusing. Marcus (whose popularity seems to have soured over the last couple of weeks) was right. You could argue that she got off lightly. I hope people took note of Charlie’s overreaction and when he called Bex a fat b*tch. If he’s really as nice as he made out he wouldn’t have said that. There are still quite a few housemates in there that I feel do not deserve to win but now more than ever I really hope it isn’t Siavash and especially not Charlie. I’ve never seen two individuals that are so desperate to win it. Anyone but those two!
DinerLandlord Posted August 22, 2009 Report Posted August 22, 2009 I'm worried Marcus might win now. What a horrible outcome that would be. I'd love if it was Marcus vs. Charlie next week. I don't want Marcus or Sissy-vash to make the final. I want Charlie to come second, just to see how disappointed he will be!
halcyon06 Posted August 22, 2009 Report Posted August 22, 2009 I love Davina! I understand what you are saying Slade, but last year people complained about her because she wasnt 'grilling' the housemates enough when they got evicted. So I suppose this year she is only trying to do her job? I dont know, I'v kinda stopped watching now, I always get sick of it after a certain period of time. Still want Siavash to win though. Or Sophie. Not Rodrigo.

Marcus might win , in fact its a very high possibility . I've seen a lot of support for him throughout the various BB forums , and the forums are usually quite accurate of public preferences How brilliant would it be to see Charlie in the final 2 only to come 2nd haha in your face fake boy The only way Marcus wont win is if we get him out before the final.
