DinerLandlord Posted July 30, 2009 Report Posted July 30, 2009 I kind of feel sorry for Noirin now. It has been obvious since the beginning of the show that she is still in love with Isaac, and now they have sent him in of course she will want to get back with him. She wasn't aware he was coming in, and as far as she knew they were finished, especially with him living in America, and her in Ireland. She told Siavash, before Isaac arrived, that she didn't want anything serious with him (Siavash), and she was more upfront with him than she ever managed to be with Marcus or Sree. This is the same Siavash who allegedly cheated on his girlfriend (if his girlfriend even exists) with Noirin, and got involved with Noirin knowing Marcus would be upset by it. People were calling for Siavash's head on a plate for what he did not long ago, but now apparently he is the victim. I don't know why anyone is surprised by Noirin moving straight on to Isaac. Even if Isaac had never come in, if Tom had stayed she wouldn't have bothered with Siavash for very long anyway. Lots of people in the house knew that. I don't like Noirin, and I want to see the back of her, but I'm annoyed that this week she will probably be evicted, over that awful creep Marcus, who I think is much worse than her.
Mrs Bishop Posted July 30, 2009 Report Posted July 30, 2009 Maybe Marcus is a creep but at least he hasnt gone from girl to girl unlike Noirin who has tried it on with all the men in the house she dosent deservfe any pity in my book as she is just have said in a preveous post I hope she gets evicted on friday then let her have some of what her ex has had to put up with.

The thing is, if Marcus was in Noirin's shoes and went from girl to girl, I don't think he would be perceived as badly. A lot of people would be like "oh, he's a stud". I think the fact that she is a woman is working against her. Pete Bennett from BB7, for example, was pretty much in Noirin's position, yet the viewers loved him, and he won the show. Also, Noirin has not "tried it on with all the men in the house", as you put it. Sree and Marcus have stalked her,Angel, Freddie, Kris and Cairon have all at one point fancied her. The only men she has showed any interest in are Siavash, who she has kissed, and Tom, who she said she fancied. I fancy and kiss loads of people at the same time, it isn't a crime.
Slade Posted July 30, 2009 Report Posted July 30, 2009 I had to shake my head when Bea said that all Freddie was over analysing people’s business and she was sick of talking about other people and because of that she wanted to avoid him. Hypocrisy maybe? In spite of all the bitching and playing people of against each other she doesn’t really bother me as much as Noirin. It’s pretty obvious that Bea is doing this purely to progress further in the game but I don’t think there’s any real spite or malice there. Although Noirin is too I still think she can be unpleasant fairly frequently which is why I react quite strongly whenever she does anything. When her name was announced for eviction she had to make it all about her - “Everybody hates me”. I just find it funny that ATM Lisa’s more popular in the house than she is. Did anyone see the live feed earlier this morning? Rodrigo was not happy with Noirin since her ex boyfriend turned up. He was sort of sticking up for Siavash who was quite emotional after he heard Noirin’s name announced and obviously Marcus up to this point being his best friend in the house was generally a bad result. Interesting how when Marcus was talking to Bea about Siavash he said he had very little sympathy for him because he had a girlfriend on the outside and he knew exactly what he was getting into. More importantly I recall him saying something about those who step out of line deserved to be punished. Once again I thought that was ironic considering how he’s conducted himself since day one. Again totally hypocritical. I think DinerLandlord said a couple of days ago that they would probably try to get Marcus out over Noirin. I think this is concurred by the fact that they brought her boyfriend in right in the middle of the week, the producers almost bordering on desperation. Thing is I’m still not entirely convinced because Marcus I feel has been getting better edits than Noirin who they are still trying to portray as playing people.
-Kevin- Posted July 30, 2009 Report Posted July 30, 2009 Pete Bennett from BB7, for example, was pretty much in Noirin's position, yet the viewers loved him, and he won the show. Wow I never thought about that!! But its the same situation....Just goes to show how different it is when its a woman and not a man in the particular situation. I think Noirins being treated very unfairly everywhere to be honest because I think shes just very misunderstood. There is no denying that she is the most interesting and watchable housemate this year, the rest of them are only extras on the Noirin show and rightly so because there all as dull as dishwater.

This eviction will be the closest of the series so far, but I think Noirin will go with just a bit over half the vote. I wish they would just have a massive clearout and get rid of Noirin, Marcus and Siavash, as well as Issac. They brought in five new housemates all at once, why not get rid of a few at the same time?
Slade Posted July 30, 2009 Report Posted July 30, 2009 Oh brilliant. Did you see the look on Siavash’s face when he found out that the new housemate was Noirin’s ex? Priceless. It looks as though he’s lost his girlfriend for nothing. Funny how Marcus suddenly decided to talk to him. I actually think he was taking great pleasure in how it was affecting him. Noirin cracked me up too. Her expression when Marcus exchanged one of the tokens for Fish and Chips for everyone was great. She was not a happy bunny. Contrary to what Bea said I do think he was doing it to score points. That’s survival, I guess but Noirin was miffed that she didn’t get there first. I’m really starting to wonder if the term hypocrite is synonymous with Big Brother contestant. When Lisa was smoking with David outside Bea firstly made a wise crack about them being stupid (I can’t exactly remember what she said) and then she said Lisa was trying to take over the house. Later on she was sitting outside smoking with Freddie slating Lisa doing exactly the same thing she was berating Lisa for because let’s face it she is trying to take over the house. I wonder how long it’s going to be before people pick up on her actions. I think Lisa already might have. To be fair to Bea though she did try to have it out with Noirin to her face and even when Isaac was there but it was so funny when he put her in her place. I think she was actually quite shocked at how direct and blunt he was. But again she was bitching behind his back in the bedroom and saying things she probably wouldn’t DARE say to his face. Part of me wants Noirin to stay because with Isaac things could get very interesting. And she is still due a proper argument with Bea but I think she will probably go on Friday because again Marcus got a good edit. P.S. Anyone watching the live feed ATM? It seems as though Bea is continuing to try and turn everyone against Lisa so obviously she’s looking the take her out. She’s clearly thinking strategically and further proof of her trying to claim top dog (or should that be b*tch).
-Kevin- Posted July 31, 2009 Report Posted July 31, 2009 Noirin is going to be evicted tonight and it WILL mark the end of BB10 !! BB is going to be so sh**e once she goes and to be honest its BB's own fault. They should have tried to save her to save their show but it looks like they've given up on the series. and Isacc will leave after Noirin gets evicted because everyone hates him and hes only their for Noirin anyway. I really don't understand the hate for Noirin, people say she played Siavash but this is NOT the case. She stated that she only wanted a bit of fun but straight away he was acting as if he wanted to get married. Like Noirin said if she went out to a nightclub and had a bit of fun by kissing someone then it would be ok so why should it be any different in the BB house. and on numerous occasions she has said that she still loves her ex and obviously when he comes in she is going to leave the bit of fun because thats all Siavash was FUN. Now we are going to lose our best housemate so far this series because of the publics stupidity why do they always have to do this , always always always evict the interesting housemates and leave us with the dull as dishwater for the rest of the series. Maybe the British public should for once in their life not be hypocritical. If they put themselves in Noirins shoes and they were in there and having FUN with someone. Then the person they LOVE came in , what would they do ?? This is going to be such an injustice tonight when we lose her over Marcus who makes me shudder and cringe whenever he comes on screen. Whatever happens Noirin is a legendary housemate
DinerLandlord Posted July 31, 2009 Report Posted July 31, 2009 Bea stinks, and she is dragging Freddie down with her, unfortunately. I hated her snobby attitude to Issac, just because he dared to stand up to her she said he isn't very classy. Then Freddie sniggered along with her. I hate how he hangs on her every word, and instead of having actual conversations with her he just nods and says yes, while she waffles on and on, ad nauseum. I can't believe the hatred projected specifically towards Noirin (who I must stress, I DO NOT LIKE!), when there are so many other vile housemates this year - Lisa, Bea, David, Marcus, Siavash, even Charlie and Rodrigo in ways. They are all utterly horrendous. After Noirin probably goes tonight, I hope viewers wake up to how awful many of the others are.
Cat3 Posted July 31, 2009 Report Posted July 31, 2009 I think that Noirin will be evicted tonight. just because it's turning into the Noirin love life show. Never mind it's nice to see a eviction night without Halfwit.
