It's a Japanese series from over 15 years ago, about five teenagers who are awakened after 170 million years to fight a witch who plans to take over the world or something. Each of them comes from a different tribe, with a different guardian beast. There's a lot of unconvincing monsters and cheesy fight scenes, but it's pretty good.
