Yeah that episode was an absolute classic. Its nice to have the odd normal episode with humour in it. Like the Colleen and Alf "getting married" episode I really enjoyed the episode where all the guys went fishing and the women went to Leah's for lunch.The humour in the episode made it so much better , I loved how the men got Kirsty to buy them a fish , only for the fish to be a New Zealand fish

When Brad got locked out naked, only to be found by Sally. The christmas pagent. So many that I cant think of!
alexx Posted February 28, 2009 Report Posted February 28, 2009 They great thing about having a character such as Maz, is that there wouldn't be a week goes by without having comedic moments all over the place - just having a fun/up beat character around all the time makes a huge difference - we had the same effect with Leah when she first arrived, always upbeat and bubbly which provided a sense of normality and 'happiness' for want of a better word! Hopefully they're bringing that side to the character back again. I agree with you guys about how with Neighbours the family's are what we can relate to a lot easier than we can the H&A 'dynamics'. That's why the Ross/Fletcher's and Stewart's were so believable and popular. We had the family and more normal things going on, yet it ran alongside the more dramatic stuff H&A is renowned for (near death experiences, ghosts, bush fires, hallucinations cyclones...etc)

But you know I think Home and away is still as realistic as it was in 1988 because they had rape storyline remember when Carly was raped? About Hugo and Charlie are not too old to be there brother and sister to Ruby and Xavier. Because my sister is ten years older then me. So Charlie is about 12 years older then Ruby. and Hugo 14 years older then Xavier. I agree we need full family on show maybe when Miles leaves show in couple of years he sell it to family. Because I don't see Miles living in Bay for other 20 years like his twin sister Sally or even 10 years like Pippa. I give it four-five years then he'll leave.
