So whose do we at this moment of time in the bay? Irene's? Leah's? Mile's/Sally's? Roman's? Tony's/Rachel's? Jack's/Martha's? Is there anyone I have forgot? So let's discuss here and figure out how many each has. And we could also discuss who you would love to live together? Where are the Austins going to live too?

Where are the Austins going to live too? - The Beach House (Irene's) originally had three bedrooms, but gained one at the bottom of the stairs. - The Old Nash House (Leah's) has always had three bedrooms, although it's always been a bit of a puzzle where Leah has stored her numerous guests since she moved in. - Summer Bay House (Miles'/Sally's) most commonly has four bedrooms, 3 on the second floor and an attic room, although we once saw a bedroom downstairs near the staircase, although that might be used as something else now - the door is still there. - Roman's Villa I'd assume has four bedrooms as he, Morag, Nicole & Aden all lived there together at one point, however when Brad moved in, it only had two. - Tony & Rachel's (or James' house as I still tend to call it when watching with my sister who hasn't watched for years) originally had three bedrooms, one of which James intended to turn into a Doctor's surgery. Flynn eventually built one in front of the house, however when he moved out, it became a fourth bedroom & second sitting room, although who knows - perhaps Rachel (the fourth(?) doctor to live there) might re-open it. - Jack & Martha's house has always had three bedrooms. Just to add with all the houses, there is also the additional clause that when a couple has an argument, the house reduces in size, so that a bedroom that was empty disappears and the husband/partner/boyfriend usually ends up sleeping on the couch.

Also this one doesn’t exist anymore because of the mini earthquake but what about Alf Stewart’s old flat above the now decimated Diner. LEAH'S HOUSE------LEAH HAS HER OWN ROOM,V.J HAS IS OWN AND CHARLIE AND RUBY HAVE THERE OWN ROOMS. REMEMBER WHEN ROSS WAS THERE CHARLIE SAID THAT SHE WOULD SLEEP IN WITH RUBY? Irene's house only has two bedrooms upstairs, the ones where Irene and Annie sleep.Geoff and Belle both sleep downstairs. The old Diner flat had two bedrooms, when Morag turned up and started staying with Alf she had to evict Kim to make room.When they first moved in and Mitch was staying with him, they made him up a bed in the storeroom. Haven't a clue how many caravans there are in the caravan park, sorry.
