I thought everyone hated her. Well they did before she went into the house.

And they still do, I think! It wouldn't surprise me if it was rigged so BB get value for money. :P She did get paid something stupid like £150,000 to appear on it.

I really wanted Terry to win. Ulrika was just... there.

I wasn’t expecting that but I guess the signs should have been there because she was up for eviction several times and each time she survived. I didn’t particularly have a problem with Ulrika but I just don’t understand how she won. What made some many people compelled to pick up the phone and vote for her?

Well what a suprise I didnt expect that the voting was rigged but hey what can we do nothink I think Verne was robbed but thats show buisness and they wonder why people stop watching.

In regards to Ulrika’s remark about her win being fixed I think was meant to be taken in jest. It think it was kind of reverse psychology on her part as she didn’t want to believe that there were people that actually voted for her because she was booed by the crowd previously. I don’t think there’s any evidence to suggest that the whole process was rigged. No doubt people will be saying if she was deemed unfavourable with the live audience then how did she manage to win? As I said previously, the crowd is a small minority of people and is not representative of everybody who actually votes. Cast your minds back to last years BB when Rachel won and she was booed (Davina even said, “Can you believe they're actually booing the winner” referring to the crowd of course). It’s funny because when Ulrika emerged victorious from the house it was very reminiscent to Rachel when they were releasing fireworks (obviously to mask out any unfavourable chants the crowd made). Furthermore she survived three evictions. If it was fixed I think the producers would have been more likely to have pre-selected someone like Coolio or Verne as those two people are the obvious choice as they have potential to be wild characters that deviate from the norm and generally tend to generate strong feelings in people – Either you love them or you hate them. So the fact that neither of these housemates came in the top two leads me to believe that it wasn’t fixed.

Yeah when Rachel won last year Davina really p***ed me off !!

She was so rude and wasnt nice to rRachel at all.

I think Ulrika won with the females sticking together and voting for her actually. The men were treated like the better sex and I dont think the women watching liked that. The majority of the BB voting are women.I think the women then decided to show them whos boss :)

Anyway like when Rachel won last year I was over the moon and ecstatic about Ulrika's victory :D

Perhaps it was more a case of people not voting (for the others) that resulted in Ulrika winning. I wouldn't be surprised if the number of people voting was down this series, as the results really didn't seem to mirror public opinion. Everyone thought it would be a two horse race between Verne and Terry, with Verne the clear winner. Ulrika didn't even enter most people's heads as a potential winner until yesterday. Saying that, I'm glad it was her rather than Coolio. But personally I would have liked Latoya or Verne to win.

Verne should definately have won

No Verne didnt win because he wasnt liked enough.

I really didnt want him to win and I love the shock factor in things like this.I was REALLY NOT expeacting his name to be called out for 4th place.

I screamed my head off and was hysterical when that happened but not half as hysterical i was when Ulrika won"!"!! :D

ULRIKA IS THE BEST !!!

I don't think it was rigged - tho I do have some doubts  - but it's a fact no survey can ever be an accurate reflection of public opinion.

My personal choice would have been Terry for first place (I wasn't too fussed on him at first, but he took everything in humour and he grew on me), La Toyah second (I thought she was a genuinely sweet person), and Ben third (nice guy). I thought Ulrika was snobbish and I couldn't stand Coolio - what a prat! But guess what? I didn't vote. Not once. I didn't vote for either who I wanted to stay or who I wanted to evict. I watch BB programmes but I think in all the years of watching I've only ever cast about 3 votes.

I think there are lots of people like me, probably the majority of the viewers. And unless every person who watches votes the results of BB never will be an accurate reflection.

Yes there has not been many votes cast in recent years as much as there were a couple of years ago.

I am the same I only ever voted 3 times ever and that was to bring Nikki back into the house in BB7 and to evict Grace and Sezer in BB 7 :D

I really did want Ulrika to win so I was happy with the final result.

Another thing Ulrika had a lot of diehard fans over on Digitalspy who really voted and voted and voted for her.Seriously Diigitalspy BB forum gave a Ulrika a strong backing and the members on Digitalspy carried Rachel into first place last year. They also carried Emilia into 2nd place during celebrity Big Brother Hijack last year

The only reason for these people who vote continuously making there faves win is because theres not many members of teh public voting as well.

If you get me !!
