I have just watched a clip from back in the 90s and noticed that the actor who plays Ross Buckton was in it

I think it was from around 1995 or something and it was the episode where Selina was questioned over her affair with Steven

I was just wondering if anyone knew who he played and how long was he there for?

He played Arthur Briggs, and was one of the regional school inspectors (I forget the technical term) - he was in a fair few storylines from 1996 to 1997
