Tachel Vs Adelle

but when Tachel appeared on the cover of TV Week magazine (and porbably the ONCE AND ONLY TIME) there was still someone (I'm not going to name names) giving out because Belle was not on the cover, even though she is on the cover nearly every week, along with Aden. I just thought this was very unfair, as Tachel are not AS popular as Adelle so for them to appear on the front cover was like heaven for us Tachel fans.

Probably that was me. But aren't I allowed to whine ? lol I'm disappointed when Adelle aren't on the cover. And I don't like seeing Tachel on the cover it is such a crime to state your opinion on something? I understand that you feel sensitive when people say oh I hate Tachel or oh my god Tachel on the cover...great But you just have to accept people's opinions. I admit I used to going into "attack mode" when people said they hate adelle, but I'm working on that - I hope I'm not attacking anyone.

First of all I didn't direct it anyone but I did say "Can people please stop attacking members" I don't think I ever directed it you or anyone else..... ?

And yes I know you know I love adelle, hate Tachel etc but I'm allowed to repeat myself if I want can't I....? There's one member who always states Belle is a drama queen, Belle should leave home and away etc and they never get into trouble.

Anyway, both sides are allowed to have opinions and state them and have feelings towards the desired couple. That's all fine and dandy.

I think it's quite "funny" that if you like one couple, you can't, or won't like the other. But anyway.

I really don't think we need to comment on EVERY SINGLE opinion stated. That's why it's the way it is now.

Anyway. To make a reason for why I came in here, my choice is Tachel haha.

Also, "hate" and "OMG I just LOVEEEE them soooo much' are reeeeally strong words to use on anyone, let alone FICTIONAL characters.

Has anyone noticed that this poll has the options of "both" and "neither"? Whoever started this thread (sorry, I'm replying and can't go back and check the original post) was wise enough to understand that you don't have to choose one or the other, so I think it's unfair to blame the poll for some people's bad reactions to someone asking a simple question. DO you like Adelle better than Tachel? If you do, that doesn't make you selfish or shallow or a bad person. DO you like Tachel better than Adelle? If you do, that doesn't mean you must be middle aged and bitter at seeing those young whipper-snappers taking up the magazine covers!! MAYBE you like them both equally? That doesn't mean you are too afraid to say what you REALLY think, or that you have an inability to make a decision. MAYBE you don't like either of them, and so you answered, "neither." That doesn't mean that you came in here to spoil everyone's fun, and to get a reaction out of the Adelle and Tachel fans by - shock horror!! - not agreeing with them!

There is just so much assumption that goes on about people who say what they think about characters. I like Adelle, I think that Aden and Belle are two of the best characters the show has ever had, particularly Aden. In fact, you might say that I love Aden, and saying that I love him doesn't make me a crazy person. It makes me, personally, a little sad and desperate, but not crazy. You can't help how you feel about people, even fictional people, and in a world where we know more about fictional characters than we do about our next door neighbours, you can't really blame a person for getting carried away. TV shows are designed to get an emotional response from the audience, so you can't blame the audience when they respond emotionally!

Love and hate are strong words, but it's how I feel about the characters, so I'll use them. I will not however tell a fan of Tachel that I hate them - the fan - simply because they love something that I don't. That would be arrogant, ignorant, and stupid. Worse, it would be hurtful and spiteful, and there's no need to do that to someone just because they have a different opinion.

First off all thanks John for the comment about the fan fics

I don't think I say "I love Adelle, I love Adelle, I love Adelle..." in every post I make. I hope I don't anyway, I do however talk about what I loved about that character in a particular scene or whatever, anyway this is getting tiresome. If I did think the characters Tony and Rachel then I would pick both couples but I don't. And there's nothing wrong with fans liking both couples *cough david *cough*

And the polls dont really mean anything because not everyone does it so it doesnt really mean that everyone loves or hates em

i must say i used to attack people when they said something about my favorite character (i wont say who it is but if i said her name i will become thirsty) i still get mad and like say to myself take that back but than im like this is fun that people dont like a character i love til death

It depends what episode you take it from, their first date was a couple of weeks into 2008 so if were going by that then its just over a year they've been together. And you're right, they haven't broken up once in that time at all. For H&A I think that's pretty impressive

I think it says a lot about their relationship that even though they've had a lot of issues to deal with, they've never solved it by breaking up but by discussing their problems and working through their issues together.
