I've e-mailed Five - three times about this,and this is the reply I finally got, this morning....

Unfortunately, we do not have access to the exclusive content from Australia. However, your interest has been logged and our Web Team are looking into ways of making additional content from the series available in the future.

Words fail me to be honest.I'm sure Seven would have let them have access to this and for whatever reason,Five have yet again not pulled thier finger out and given the goods with this! Shame on them and what a sad,sad shame for us in the UK!! - Were we talking about Neighbours here,I wonder if it would be a different story...

I'm sure there are faults on both sides here, Five certainly do not make the effort when it comes to promoting the show (unlike with their new Aussie baby) - but on the other hand, Seven are very limiting on what they actually send over.

I never really expected it to run in the UK because it is a 3-week game and since we dont have a break between the olympic cliffhanger then what would be the point

If you are talking about the exclusive content on the Aussie website - why dont you just go there?

if you are talking about episodes however, just watch them on a video sharing site or torrent or something if you are desperate (only, you need to know episode codes)

Maybe because Seven blocked access to all people outside of Australia

I would imagine the Seven web server uses some sort of whois tool to do a lookup on the source IP address and determine which country it originated from. You might want to try finding a publicly accessible proxy server in Australia (If there is one). If you could try accessing the website through that it would mask your IP address so it would appear to be coming locally. The only other issue I would imagine would be that the proxy server would have to allow Javascript as this would probably be required to view the media.
