Five American Indian actors have been confirmed to play the Wolf Pack in New Moon.

Chaske Spencer, Bronson Pelletier, Kiowa Gordon, Tyson Houseman and Alex Meraz will all make their big screen debuts in the sequel to vampire-romance Twilight, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The Wolf Pack take the side of the humans in their battle against the evil vampires in the Stephenie Meyer novel.

Meyer announced the news on her website following speculation that director Chris Weitz had finished casting the roles.

It was confirmed earlier this month that Dakota Fanning will play Volturi vampire clan member Jane in the second movie.

Production on New Moon is scheduled to begin later this month, with an expected November release date. Eclipse, the third film in the franchise, has been handed a summer 2010 release.

90210 star AnnaLynne McCord has reportedly lost out on a role in New Moon to a Canadian model.

According to E! News, Vancouver-born Noot Seear has been cast as Heidi, a "fisher" who uses her beauty to lure humans to the Volturi vampires.

McCord, who plays Naomi Clark in the CW show, previously admitted that she had auditioned for the part, saying: "I'm a huge vampire fan, so that, in general, makes me want to do the film."

However, producers have reportedly chosen Seear, 25, for the role, which sources previously described as "more like a cameo".

I always thought that Anna would be a good Tanya. I dont know if its the hair tht makes me think tht. LOL. But i wouldn't be surprised if she auditions for Tanya later on when the time comes.

So i got a Borders catalogue in the mail today, and a new store is opening up at the new Robina Town Centre on the Gold Coast on April 2nd. YAY. Thats like a five minute drive from my place.

Anyhoo, in the catalogue it says if you pre-order the 2 dics edition of the dvd online at the borders website, you go into the draw to win $1000 worth of twilight merch. And you get a free twilight bag with every order.

But its good, because they should be getting all the merchandise to sell too; including the new calendar. But stupid me, went and brought mine off ebay. It only cost me 35 bucks, and that includes postage and handling. So pretty good price. For anyone who is wanting the calendar, the guy who i brought mine off has a store in Geelong VIC, called Gifts for the Geek. They have an online store too. They've got a whole load of twilight merch coming in soon, including the calender, so for anyone who is interested you can pre-order it from his site and for pretty good prices too. Like the new 18mth calendar is only 25 bucks, and then you pay like 6 bucks p&h. That's pretty cheap.

I was breathing the same air as Rachelle Lefevre (Victoria) and I DIDN'T NOTICE.

RTÉ have an interview with her here.

We had a great time, we went to Galway and Connemara spent a lot of time hiking and walking around the shore.

SAME AIR PEOPLE. SAME AIR. :(
