It sounds amazing! Have you already got your ticket for this one? :)

I know you won't be able to give details about this one, but I'm wondering if you can give me a few details about the other one. Like what time does it start about and finish? What type of things do you do when your there, that sort of thing.

It's just so I can think about how much time I'm going to need off and how to get there, that sort of thing. :D

Cheers

Yeahh i got my ticket two days ago! :D It's going to be an amazing con!

Last time it started on the Friday with registration opening around 1, there was a huge queue so didnt get registered until 5. The opening ceremony is at half 6, and at half 8 there's the first party. Friday isnt really all that eventful, more for mingling.

On the saturday, it's autograph and photo sessions - details on how that all works are on the site or the forums for it. And in the afternoon there's talks and guet encounters, in the evening theres an auction with cool Twilight items (not just items... ie there were 2 peter facinelli slow dances auctioned!) and theres a party again at half eight. its basically the same on sunday.

There are dealers rooms, and guets encounters, and other activities during the day, theres also a reading room and loads of stuff. Theres lots to do in Northampton as well.

The closing ceremony is at 6:30 on the sunday, and theres a party afterwards, all the aprties go on till about 4am.

It sounds amazing. I really want to go, but I don't know if we can sort everything out before it's sold out! Maybe we'll just have to wait for the third one. At least they give you loads of time before the tickets go on sale.

So we'd need to stay in hotel for Friday afternoon till Monday morning!

A slow dance with Peter Facinelli  heaven. I'd have to win one of those!

I bet it's quite pricey when you get there! But it sounds worth it.

About 30 tickets left, there are a few cheap hotels in northampton, The Grand Hotel would be your best bet for cheap and close, or else try a BB. It's quite a pricey thing yes but it's definitely worth it!

I've tried looking at their website but it won't give me prices, I've also tried Hotel Ibis but was about the same price as Park inn which said was fully booked, not sure if you can still book through the website of the convention that you gave me.

There are going to be sold out by tomorrow! If I can't get tickets I'll be kicking myself. I wish we'd talked about this a few days ago. Everything could of been sorted and we'd be all excited about going!

Have you been to any others? The Heroes one sounds good!

You have to phone up to book the Park Inn as there may be some rooms at con rates left, only doubles though!

I havent been to any others, but I'm hopefully going to The JJ abrams themed one in August, Hallowhedon at the end of October and I want to go to the hub 3 (torchwood) as well, I cant afford it all though! :P

I've sent messages out so I'm just waiting for replies now! I really can't see us getting it sorted before it's sold out. I think i'll just have to wait till the next one. :( I hope we don't have to wait too long!

I'm just searching through the others JJ abrams and Hallowhedon will be good as well. Wonder what other guest they have! I'd have to go if James Marsters was there.
