Yeah, I'm pretty sure that's why they've switched it. They don't seem to care how it's going to affect the swimmers peformance. But having said that, it doesn't seem to be affecting it that much.

Was because the other guy was knocked down twice and the ref didn't think he looked right. According to my Dad, anyway !
