#8 - I really like the cropping. The use of black and white colouring is really effective as well as the placement of the text. It has high contrast which works really well on this occassion.

I really can't choose between 5 and 8. I like them both, but I have to choose.. So my vote goes to 8. I love the black and white, the contrast and the way the text is placed

I like the cropping, and the contast between the color and the BW part. I also like the contast on the BW part, that could have been better on the colored part, but other than that it's good.

I didn't like the border at first, but I like it better every time I see it, so #5 is definitely my favourite

As it's way different from something I have seen before, who needs words when you can use colour. To make your av say what the contest is abt.

I am voting for 5 because i love the use of b&w and colour, it makes the icon very eye-catching. The use of picture is very clever, as it shows the emotions, of high school.
