#9 gets my vote. It really stood out when I was first looking at them all. The placement of the image makes it stand out - not to mention the image itself is unusual itself. Everything about this avatar is intrigiuing. Oh and the colouring is gorgeous, not to mention the contrast used.

Ohhh, this is a tough one!

There are so many good entries, and they are all great. Two of my favourites are number 4 and 5, but my vote goes to number 7 because I think it's a really good one. My first impression was that this has got to have something to do with peace and happiness for all people (don't ask me why, it could be completely different from what the artist intended).

It's simple, but tells a story in my opinion. The cropping is great, and I love the colors. Happy new year everyone!!
