"It's ok, you're probably more embaressed than i am" he assured her/ "So we still friend?" she asked He smailed and gave a slight laugh "Yeah" "Good" "Look i gotta go see Briony ok, so i'll se ya later" "ok" she said as he walked away "Hey" he said cuddling her. "What did she say now" Briony asked Niel. "She apologized and asked if we were still friends" "Ithought you guys never were" "I didn't know how to tell her without hurting her feelings" "Oh trust i can do that" "I know you can, but you're not going to, she'll be crushed" "So i was thinking we could go make out in the girls toilets for a while efore class starts" "What, no, the stupid teacher hates me already and is looking for a reason to fail me". he told her "Please" she grovelled "Fine, but only for three and a half minutes" "Three and a half minutes" "No, you do not get to complain, i'm adding in the extra half minute so you can have a bit more time" "Ok, lets go" she yanking on his arm pulling him into the toilets CHAPTER 31 UP SOON

She reaslized tears were running down his cheeks. "I'm sorry" she said reaching out for his hand but he waled out before she could stand up. CHAPTER 32 UP SOON

Frankie said putting arm around her upset son "Maybe she's right, maybe i should talk to Sean" Niel said as he reasted his head on her shoulder They were standing on the edge of the water with the water going over their feet "Do you remember when we used to do this?" Frankie change the topic. "Mum, you just totally ignored what i said" "You'll get over this in your own time, plus i don't want you going anywhere near him" "Ill be strong, i wont be his victim trust me" "No, now i gotta go, i promised Alf i'd cover for Martha while she's gone away with Roman, now i'll see ya later" Frankie said as she walked away. Niel bit his lip then got his phone out of his pocket and started to text. "Sean it's Niel we need to talk, meet me and the welcolme to Summer Bay sign in 30 minutes" he typed He took a deep breath and then started to walk home to grab some things. CHAPTER 33 UP SOON Next chapter Roman and Martha find a torso wrapped in bubble wrap in the middle of the road on the outskirts of Summber Bay.

"Stay here" Roman said as he got out of the car. Roman walked slowly up to the thing and lifted the bubble wrap up slowly and the vomitted beside it "Roman" Martha said getting out of the car "Martha call Jack" "Why what wrong?" Martha said running over to Roman. "Oh my god is that Niel?" "Yeah just call Jack, now?" Roman shouted at her CHAPTER 34 UP SOON

News reporters and journilists and police were everywhere "The torso and decapitated head of a 15 year old boy was found early this morning by two Summber Bay locals. Police are yet to release the name of the victim" a newsreporter said looking into the camera. Frankie broke through the people restraining her and ran to her dead sons side crying. Jack came and picked her up. "We'll catch him ok, trust me on this one" At home Briony watched the news in horror. "That's gotta be Niel" she said crying to her dada. "How do you know?" he asked her "Because that's his mother" she said crying again CHAPTER 35 UP SOON

Jack asked "He was just a kid, you just didn't wanna let him hear that" she said as she cried. Jack reached out and hugged her. "It's not fair that this happened to him, what did he do to deserve this" "We will get him" Jack assured her "That's what you said lasy time and the time before. but except this time Niel's not coming home to me" Briony knocked on the door and walked in. "Frankie i'm so sorry" Briony said hugging Frankie. "How are you holding up" Frankie asked Briony "I keep thinking of the last thing i said to him. We had a fight and i was horrible to him"Briony said as she started to cry. "Trust me, he knew you didn't mean it". "I was thinking that maybe we should tell the press who the victim is, who probably killed him just so he doesnt do it again and also show a picture so if anyone see him they can call the police" Jack interupted "No" Frankie told Jack "Hey this is our chance to catch him "Jack i'm sorry, but i missed the part when you became his father" she snapped "Fran..." Jack started to say something but was cut off. "Fine do what you want, i gotta see if i can get a hold of Johnyy before he hears it from somebody else". CHAPTER 36 UP SOON

Cassie asked another question. "Writing a speech for the memorial" Briony told her Cassie went to say something but was cut off "Is there anything you want Cassie?" Briony asked rudely "I was just thinking maybe i should write one too" "Why?" "Because we onece went out and we were friends" Cassie gave Briony a reason "He spent the last couple weeks of his young life hating you because you humiliated him infont of me. So no you shouldn't write a speech because he wouldn't have wanted that" Briony yelled at Cassie Cassie turned and walked away sadly CHAPTER 37 UP SOON

"I know who you are, what do you want?" Frankie interupted. "Just infomation on Niel and have you got any photos i just wanna do an article" Garreth felt a sting go across his face and then he relised it was actually Frankie's hand. "Get off my door step before i have you arrested on some sort of charge. Trust me i'm pretty sure i can come up with one" Frankie yelled and then turned to Belle. "And Belle don't even think about coming to Niels memorial, because you wont be welcome. CHAPTER 38 UP SOON

Jack asked a question nevously "Ok i'll be there" he said as he hung up the phone. "Gotta go Frankie's in hospital" Jack said as he turned to Tony and quickly grabbed the keys. "Is she ok?" Tony asked" "N, apparently it's something to do with the baby, she bleeding or something. Rachel said it could be caused by stress. Now i gotta go". "I'll give ya a ride" Tony said CHAPTER 39 UP SOON
