Just to let you know this is the reply I got from 5

Our new scheduling for both Home And Away and Neighbours is actually

bringing in many e-mails and calls from viewers who are pleased to have

the opportunity to watch the episode when they want, but obviously this

will not please all people and we will log your comments regarding this

in our Viewer enquiries Report for the attention of our Scheduling

Department.

If there is anything further we can help you with, please do not

hesitate to contact us.

Thank you for your interest in Five.

Yours sincerely

Well that ^ email reply seems to have gone totally off the point. lol

Early Years has nothing to do with current H&A or Neighbours..

Early Years was on weekday mornings on Five Life, Neighbours and H&A is on at lunchtime on Five and well you know the rest.. They have nothing to do with each other.

If people are contacting them about how good it is now.. Surely adding more H&A would make it even better.. Even more so when its not just a repeat of that days episode again, but a totally different time period.

It would be different if it was a 'or' situation, this or that.. But its not, they could make it both and have alot of satisfied viewers. They had a good following of the Early Years before and now Im sure Neighbours is getting more H&A viewers, so if they started Early Years again, it may have even more viewers than before. They are crazy not to put it back on..

Don't think it has because we are talking about why they have taken of home and away the early years and people have been posting their replies about it

Yeah, but that email reply you posted, was talking about the current episode and Neighbours, nothing to do with the Early Years at all.

Thats my point, they just mentioned how well the new episode were, but that doesnt explain why they havent put the Early Years back on.

Im not saying your post had nothing to do with the topic, Im saying the reply has nothing to do with why the Early Years were taken off. It doesnt explain anything.

No I agree having just read it again, but this was in reply to my question about the early years and it seems that they have totally skirted round the issue once again

awww...thanks pippa_ross! don't worry, i wasn't offended by your comment, i just wanted to clear up that there was no bad intention behind my query about interest in h&a early years (man! this expressing yourself in writing thing can be hard, can't it? you have to say things just right or it doesn't come out the way you mean!!)

anyway, let's forget about it, & good luck with petitioning five!

btw. i emailed them something about scheduling when neighbours joined home & away on five, and the response i got was pretty much what they sent you, even though it was obviously totally unconnected to what you're asking them. seems like they have a generic response to questions about neighbours and home & away at the minute...that's annoying, isn't it? makes you wonder whether they're registering our comments at all. hmm... <_<

Formerly known as Josh needs to send all these messages to 5 as he started petition. I give up now
