I've been watching some mid-2000 episodes and I was wondering if it's just me or were the camera angles in the old Stewart House a bit odd?  Specifically in episodes 2852, it feels like all the shots there are quite close up, I'd have barely recognised it as the Stewart House.  I know there are some wider shots in the mudslide episodes, but that's when the house collapses.

No Justice played in the Surf Club at the end of the 1990 season. Did somebody think they would be the next big thing and did they have much of a career in Australia?

They bombed out on the bottom 10 of the Aussie top 100 and their follow-up didn't even chart.

Without seeing screenshots I’d make a guess that it was down to studio space, we’d have had the Drop In Centre by then as another large & prominent set, shooting closer up might have meant they could have even smaller sections of the modular set up in the studio.

What is the difference between a "spoiler" (previews written in places like TV Week, and on this site) and actual descriptions in future episodes (seen in Australia but not yet shown in the UK).

Spoiler

Like when we Aussies finally do see Irene's final episode, UK audiences can find out the whole truth (instead of a TV Week-style preview) from Aussies who have seen her final episode.

As far as much of the forum is concerned, there isn't one. Episodes not shown in the UK should only be discussed in the Australian Discussion, Spoiler and, by consensus, Character/Actor Discussion sections. General Discussion in particular is strictly UK pace.

Where in particular are you talking about?

On the homepage of this forum, the contents for the Australia and Spoiler sub-forums only show up if I've typed in the password and visited recently. Otherwise, they're blank.

I know. What I'm saying is, even the most detailed TV Week previews and stories don't tell the whole story of what actually happens in the actual episodes. I mean

Spoiler

do we really know how Irene is leaving Summer Bay?

Think back to Alsa's death. That was never revealed, we had to wait till the first episode of 2001 to find out about this. Nothing in the TV Week previews about that!
