What's wrong with Drew?

I like Drew! He is much more interesting than some of the other teenagers!..I think thats why I like him so much!!!

He is such a predictable, selfish, slimy Character who thinks he can treat People like sh*t and get away with it. He has an unbelievable attitude towards people, a short temper and if he dosnt get want he wants he throws a temper-tantrum like A Five Year Old.

Uhm you do know thats exactly how teens act, especially boys?!?

Its so weird how people can like Ric and Lucas better when they act like 40 year old people and Drew is the one who's really the fun character.

I LOVE Drew and i think Bobby does a great job playing him!

I like drew too... i like that he is a bit of a bad boy teenage character... it makes him different to the rest of the summer bay teens and that is interesting to watch.

I think there is potential to really develop his character still and the writers should as there is so many different directions they can take him.

I really liked his character when he first arrived... a real bad boy with a chip on his shoulder... i thought it had a lot to do with feeling unwanted by his parents... his mother being self infatuated and not really caring about him... then finding his father who just left him at boarding school and visited him there instead of acknowledging him and introducing him to his family... i mean that would make any person feel rejected... i think the attitude came from this neglected childhood.

Initially he was moody but i thought they had developed him a little more into a mix of good boy/bad boy… with the influence of Dan and Leah bringing out more positives!

I assumed that bringing peter back from the dead was because the writers were going to concentrate on the fragile father/son relationship that peter and drew had before he died... to really sort out the issues that drew had with his father! There was so much potential had the writers taken this route for us to really understand drew.

I still think he is a great teen character… i can understand why he acts selfish and bratty sometimes… if children act by example and if his parents are anything to go… there is no wonder as to why he is the way he is!

I don't dislike Drew (i don't like him either) but he can be a real pain in the neck. He treats Leah and Dan especially bad. He goes on and on that he doesn't want them acting like his parents then expects them to buy him a car (like his Mom and Dad should). He acts like nothing they ever do for him is good enough and at times is so ungrateful and nasty towards them. I do have some sympathy as his mother is so selfish and his father is useless but sometimes he's just a brat for the sake of it. Saying that though i hate Belle and Lucas much more than i hate Drew.

Drew is one of those characters that I love to hate...even though I like him really.

I think he has so much more potential than just the relationship storylines and in my opinion he is much more interesting that Ric and Lucas.

Many peole will probably disagree with me on that one...but that's because Ric and Lucas get all the better storylines. Drew/Bobby deserves a chance to show what else he can do!

And as for the way he is...if any one acts like a teenage boy...it's him and not Ric or Luc!!!

I have no problem with Drew, and in fact, i love the relationship between him and Belle. I think they have chemistry in abundance and are the two characters who act most like realistic teenagers.

As for Drew individually, i think he's being a bit selfish at the moment, but i'm looking forward to further exploration of his relationship with his mother. Furthermore, i liked the dynamic between him and Jules as i think that showed the more responsable side to Drew's character.

Lastly, i do have to say that Drew is not at all hard on the eyes, thus making it difficult for me to hate him

Drew is one of the only teen characters to actually act like a teenager (Belle being the other one)

All the things that people are saying are Drew's bad points are actually the parts that making him a teenager. He is real.

My next point is to do with recent Oz episodes, so that's why it's in spoiler tags, even though it isn't really spoilerish, but whatever.

Plus he grew up under the influence of Jazz, shouldn't that explain his behaviour. She still does whatever she wants, and until recently she has really been the only "parental figure". Since being under Dan and Leah's influence he has realised that Jazz's way isn't the only way. But they can't take away everything he has been told when he was growing up. So now he is confused about how to act, with two different points of view pulling him in different directions. Jazz believes that if you are attracted to someone nothing else matters, now doesn't that sound familiar (Drew and Amanda

) Even when Jazz wasn't in the picture Drew still had her ideals drummed in his head. And Peter wasn't around to straighten him out (not Pete's fault) and give him a father figure.

Anyway, to sum up, Drew is my favourite current character, with Belle second, because they are real teenagers who don't act like mature adults (because really what teenager does?), and also because Amanda and Peter are gone (sorry had to add that bit in )

I like Drew. I hated him when he first joined but have warmed up to him now. His relationship with Belle is boring, I prefer him to be alone and have a proper storyline Hopefully he will now

he is working at the garage and Dom is back,make his character more interesting than it is like at the moment. Please make him more interesting please.

I want more Drew storylines so he doesnt fade out all together, He needs some storylines He is a very good character with potential to be better. :D

I actually like Drew when he is a bad boy. He is annoying me at the moment trying to be the saint (in the UK) and sorting Jules out. Its sooo annoying. They are trying to turn all the teenages into OAPS, they have more things to say about life than Colleen who we recently saw involved in childish bowling antics. First Matilda when she came back from the retreat, then Cassie and Lily Saga, Belle becomming mum to Amanada and Drew trying to sort out Jules. Drew and Belle are def my favourite teen relationship/duo at the moment.
