even though I like the idea of 'Matilda and Lucas' he doesn't deserve her.

Let's face facts Lucas and Matilda are basically brother and sister, I don't think there's a chance in hell their getting back together.

The fact is Ric deserves her more (it hurts me too say it) because he simply worships her.

Lucas is annoying whining immature brat!! Plus there is no chemistry between mattie n lucas... their relationship is more brother and sister like. Even if she were to split with ric (god forbid) i can never see her with lucas again.. it would have to be someone else!

Ric. No contest. He loves her, treats her with respect and practically worships the ground she walks on. They have a bond and chemistry, they belong together, always have done always will do.

Lucas treated her really badly, he was half the reason for her self loathing.He was always telling her she was selfish and bossy, and basically just not as perfect as him. She deserved better and luckily she found better in her best friend.
