That episode that was on the other day, the one with Colleen treating Alf like her personal slave, was so funny  We need more funny moments like that in the current episodes :(. There's such a contrast between 'The Early Years' episodes and the ones today. Everything was alot more relaxed and less frantic a few years ago. In contrast with todays episodes, which usually end with something extremly dramatic and unrealistic . I'm not saying that I don't like the current episodes, far from it, it's just that some of the older episodes seem soooo much better than the current episodes. I'm pretty sure it's mostly down to the writing and the characters. The general 'feel' of the show is still there, although it has changed to some extent (which isn't a bad thing), but there is a noticeable difference between the episodes back then, and the ones that are airing today.

What's the point in having a Christmas break for this? What ratings winner are Five going to put on in it's place, a two hour Wright Stuff or a Trisha DNA/Lie Detector test Christmas Special?

It's pathetic, Laguna Beach is replacing it. If you're going tp replace a show at least replace it with something worthwhile.

It is a bit unfair to not give a return date. Sorting out their schedules shouldn't be that much of a challenge. Maybe it will give me time to find room for when they air new episodes. Every clown has a silver lining.

It's finished on Friday for a 'break' and I'm not sure when it's going to be back on! I've got a feeling it's not going to be, but I guess we'll just have to wait and see!
