Cornelia Frances (Morag) has been in all of the following, Home and Away, Sons and Daughters,The Young Doctors,Prisoner cell block H,Number 96 Judy Nunn (Ailsa) and Cornelia Frances (Morag) both starred along side each other in sons and daughters as well as Home and Away Maggie Kirkpatrick "VIV the Guv standish" had been in H&a before as MArilyns Auntie Jean in 1991 Emily Perry (Zoe) was once qouted of all people to say " Home and Away can be far fetched" Not many realise but Lynne Collingwood (Colleen) had been in the soap long before 1999 Many younger members here dont realise that the theme tune heard last 4-5 seasons is only half the length of the original version. Idiana Evans (Matilda) started her acting career before H&a in "snobs" also appearing alongside Tim Campbell (Dan)
Ross Posted April 23, 2007 Report Posted April 23, 2007 Both Cameron Welsh (Mitch) and Sam Atwell (Kane) still work on Home and Away, they are just behind camera now instead of on-screen. Helen O'Connor who used to play Kate in the short-lived Aussie soap "Breakers" worked behind the scenes on H&A as drama coach. She also appeared in some episodes a couple of years back as the mother of a violent boy Flynn was trying to help. Whilst in "Breakers", she starred alongside Ada Nicodemou (Leah) and Emily Perry (Zoe). Judy Nunn who played Ailsa in the show has since written various episodes of rival soap "Neighbours". Both Emily Symons (Mailyn) and Richard Grieve (Lachie) have gone on to star in British soap "Emmerdale".
victim-ofthenight Posted April 23, 2007 Report Posted April 23, 2007 Amy Matthews once played a nurse in the soap not a doctor Norman Coburn (Donald) had a one off appearance in sons and daughters as "Frederick Sykes" who got involved with a hilarious storyline involving a painting. The stalker storyline was easy to solve looking back since Zoe was late for work her first 2 days when the bush fire started was never ever around when the stalker struck, and was threatened by Marc just before he met a crowbar. The list includes Tim Campbell, Rachael Carpani, Rodger Corser, Richard Healy, Christopher Hobbs, Michael Piccirilli, Ben Mortley and Damien Garvey.
