victim-ofthenight Posted April 21, 2007 Report Posted April 21, 2007 No idea, another point is up until last few years everything in the soap well 99% was tied up explained and continued sensibly how it went so suddenly From Ailsa having Coffee with Pippa to stalkers arsonists etc all rushed and not explained is beyond me Out of interest now Daniel Bennett is with neighbours ( I think) who scrip writes H&a now since all this non explained stuff?

For example look at how quickly Sally was bounding around after her near fatal stabbing! or how quickly Jack recovered from his liver transplant! Speaking of which, have you noticed Jack has a scar-free body?! After all the operations he's had you would think he would look like a patchwork quilt! It's the same with Peter, he has had a few operations and been shot yet there is not a scar in sight!

I know there was also Chris who liked Nick didn't he? (Not sure if I can remeber), I sure hope it's not the reason 9And the readson why I don't remeber a Gay/Lesbian character was on it), see I am a proud supporter of Gays/Lesbians (Including Bisexuals/Transexuals). Althought the whole Zoey thing has me confused She dated Kim right? And then we are told Sara/Tracy were her lover, so doesn't that make her actually a bisexual? (Spoiler in case some aren't up to the Zoey storyline)

They probably didn't explain Zoe/Tracey because of the lesbian thing (which is stupid because they said Eve/Sarah were lovers in 2005). They always seem to make the gay characters either psychotic, obsessed or infatuated. It's not right. As for them not explicitly explaning that they were dead on the show, the only thing I can come up with is that they deliberately did it (well, I'm making up excuse for the monkeys here; of course the rushed it - but that's beside the point) so that we'd think they were the pyro. If I remember rightly, there was even a few mentions of Zoe in some of Jack's dialogue regarding who the firestarter was. It sucks. That is not how they should've ended it. There was more chance of Zoe dying at the factory than the barn, given the different types of explosion. Typical. Damn. You. Cake. Girl.

That what I thought, Neighbours does the exact same thing!, Okay they don't but they get rid of the characters, Lana (Or is Lara? Laura?) was gone soon after she kissed skye and never heard from again, Skye seemed to get over it pretty quickly. Nothing really happened between Rose and Pepper kiss as they let it go and pretended it never happened, it's like Willow and Tara from Buffy were the only good lesbians and the sweetest on TV in years (Not counting movies). I want a lesbian/gay character to come on H&A and actually be a lesbian, admit it and stay there for a couple of years. Zoey, Tracy, Sarah, Chris and Charlie were all homosexuals (Althought I am sure Zoey would be more bisexual then lesbian) and they were all taken off pretty quicky (Okay Zoey wasn't that much, she probably the one who managed to stay on the longest, and I am sure Chris is the gay character who had feeling for Nick right?). Sorry if this is OT but it just annoys me alot
