It would just be wrong. That's the thing, she has called him Alf before! It sticks out in my mind because it seemed so bizarre. It was at Charlotte's leaving party, she said "Alf, Irene's leaving now and wondered if you wanted a lift!. Before that though and ever since, it's been Mr Stewart! Other things we'll never hear: Irene: "I'm gonna have a glass of wine" (unless of course she goes back to alcohol) Colleen: "Flynn" Amanda: "I once murdered a man called Leo Simms".

I never recall hearing Sally call Alf.....Alf . With Colleen it was always....Dr Saunders, although on a few occasions she did actually say Flynn. And I can't really see Amanda Vale admitting to something like that!!!
