H&A are really funny about sex, they must have 7 (TV channel, not number of people) on their backs about stuff. I've heard condoms mentioned a few times, most notably when Rhys found a condom in Will's wallet when he was dating Dani. As for Periods and stuff, I guess the network doesn't see any need for them to be mentioned. Condoms can fit in with a safe sex message.

The case point for how prudish they can be was when Dani was raped by Kane. Not once did they use the 'R' word that I can remember, they always said 'attacked' instead.
