Lowi Posted April 8, 2007 Report Posted April 8, 2007 Not sure if this goes here or if it's been posted before but I was just wondering if anyone else has noticed that half the characters on HAA seem to have forgotten what shoes are seeing as they never wear them. Like Rocco has been on the beach, walking into Sal's house after being out with Johnny and at the police station without any shoes on or any sign of them. I've also noticed Johnny seems to do the same...maybe it's something only the Cooper boys do? Anyone else pick up on this & can anyone offer me a reason why they wouldn't wear shoes??

It's not unusual to see someone walking down even city streets or on a train with bare feet. I couldnt believe it!! And Australia, well Sydney anyway, is not as hot and sunny as people believe.

I began to think the guy who played him had some kind of problem with his feet which meant he couldn't wear shoes, or at least the only shoes H&A could provide or something, until he wore shoes for, I think, some robbery with Johnny. I would've thought it would make more sense to wear shoes in a hot country because the pavement and sand would be really hot.

He probably wore them for the robbery so the police could nit get his foot prints and charge him!!! It would make more sense to wear shoes as the sand and paths can be really hot but mabye he is used to it and cant be bothered to wear them!!!!

-Tess- Posted April 9, 2007 Report Posted April 9, 2007 No, it's not unusual to wear no shoes here in Aus, even in shops. It doesn't hurt at all (except if you step on a stone!) But almost everyone here has walked around anywhere with no shoes at one time or another. And it's not always hot here, only in summer. The rest of the time it's normal; Summer's hot, Autumn is beginning to get cold, Winter's freezing, and Spring is warm.
