Well Jade I said I would update So his chapter is dedicated to Jade for finally commenting on my fic Thanks to Sian who proofed it Chapter Ten Martha sat looking out to sea, watching the beautiful waves wash up the beach and then slowly retract to the sea, only to return in a few minutes. Jack then all of sudden appeared at her side. “What was that phone call about Martha hey?” he asked her as he sat down and pulled her in too a tight embrace as she started to sob uncontrollably. “Kit and Beth are suing us for custody of Nic” she said as sobs wracked her body. “What?” Jack asked obviously angry but now he too could feel the tears well up in his eyes and there was nothing he could do to stop them falling they both sat there crying quietly together. “Yeah they just took off about 10mins ago” Maddie said to someone on the other end of the phone “Really?” the person on the other end said “Yeah so me and Nicole are here alone why don’t you come round and see her” Maddie said to the person on the other end of the phone. “Ill be there in like 5mins” the the person said before hanging up. “Someone’s coming to visit this little pretty thing in a minute, yes they are” Maddie said in baby talk to Nicole 5 minutes later “Hello anyone here” Lucus said as he entered the house Maddie had called him to fill him in but even though she didn't know what it was she had a pretty good idea “I think Martha and Jack know what Kit and mum are planning” Maddie said sadly “And that is” Lucus asked confused “To sue Martha and Jack for custody” she said “Oh my” Lucus said shocked “Come on I think we should head back and get Nicole off Maddie hey” Martha said trying to smile but failing “Yeah ok” Jack said as they started to walk home “Jack iv been thinking, what if we disappear like Laura said that way we wont have to give her up and Laura said seen as they haven’t even sued us yet with the papers and everything we are within are legal rights to take a “Family holiday” Martha said “What babe are sure because you know I would be on the next plane tonight to anywhere” Jack said “What about if we go and see Becky she’s just moved to London” Martha said excitedly “Well if you think she won’t mind then yeah let’s do that “family holiday” then” Jack said Fours hours later Martha was writing a letter for Tony “Dear Dad and Luc, Me and Martha have decided the only way to keep Nicole is to go on a little holiday well when I say little I mean 5 months please dad don’t tell anyone about this letter and we will call you when were settled” All our love Jack, Martha and Nicole. Preview? Will they make it without kit knowing!
