Have Five been editing Home and Away again?

I have just noticed while watching a recording of Thursday's Five episode that just before the commercial break Drew tells Belle and Lucas he knew Dean as he was it his boarding school, however from the look on Belle and Drew's faces it appears he told them something else about Dean as they were so shocked. Have Five edited this?

Well this is how Josie-Tash summarised that scene in his Australian Episode Summaries:

As dean walk nearby, Luke points him out to drew & bell, and drew says that Dean went to the boarding school that he did. Drew insists that dean is a only child, and that dean may hold a grudge against him as dean may think that Drew dobbed him in for skipping school. Drew now gate the feeling (since drew have also been responsible for some illegal fire starting) that he may REALLY be the one framing him.

Well we know that Drew told them in a later scene that Dean was an only child. However it felt like something has been cut in that scene, and would Belle and Lucas look that shocked if he had just told him Drew went to the same school.

On the beach where Lucas and Drew are arguing with Dean, Drew called Dean a moron but on Five where he is suppose so say moron, but he doesnt his mouth moved but nothing was said, why have they cut 'Moron' out? wierd

Is Moran seriously considered offensive in the UK? I wonder if they will cut out some of the future stuff in regards to Dean.

I thought there was something wierd about that as well. I dont get it, "moron" isn't THAT offensive, so why edit it out?

Im going to assume that there will be more editing to come.

whats so bad about saying moron its not very offensive or anything

Im sure moran has been said on the show before so I dont know why they felt the need to cut that.

The word 'morons' was actually cut from a 2004 episode as well - I guess it is seen by Five as an inappropriate expression.

Seriously Channel Five are always editing the UK episodes of Home & Away, Ive noticed this from uploading the the Current Australian Episodes, if I remember rightly Alfs birthday episode 4000 was edited, it was edited when Ric called Duncan a Tos*er, but it is obvious they have edited more then that.

I cant stand the way censorship is used in the UK, it is so frustrating and therefore is the only reason I prefer to upload.
