Old episodes

I'm not sure where exactly to post this so sorry if it's in the wrong place.

I live in the UK and I am sure that I read somewhere that old episodes of Home and Away will be run on five life when it launched. I havent seen any old episodes yet so i'm starting to think that I miss read or something, so if anyone knows anything about it please can you let me know.

Five did originally say that they would re-run old episodes, along with the omnibus and 'First Chance', quite a while before the channel was launched. The old episodes bit was then dropped from the website a short while later, so it seems they changed their minds. I think it has something to do with who owns which episodes. So, it doesn't look like we're going to get to see them.

Downunder tv channel [ in the uk ] have to rights to show old episodes of home and away.

If anyone has any information on downundertv either how to get it or if it actually shows old episodes of home and away I would be grateful if you could let me know.

Also does anyone know how you can contact five life and ask them if they are going to show any old episodes of home and away because I have tried to look for an email address to send them an email but I can't find one.

If anyone can help me with this I would really appreciate it.
