Robbie and Tasha arrive in Summer Bay, all dressed up for the party and they get a feeling of déjà vu. “It feels good to be back.” Robbie says. “Yeah, it has certainly brung back some old memories!” Tasha responds. Over at Sally’s house, Jack is ready and is waiting for Martha to finish getting ready. “Come on baby, its nearly 7 we don’t want to be late.” Jack says. “I can’t rush my makeup!” Martha responds. Martha only took a few more minutes, and Jack and Martha are now on their way to Noah’s bar, where the party is being held. Robbie and Tasha can’t find where they have to go. “Rob, what are we going to do, we can’t even find the party let alone attend it!” Tasha says. Jack and Martha can hear a familiar voice in the distance. “Tash!” Martha says. “Mac!” Tasha responds. Martha kisses Tasha on both cheeks as a kind of greeting, and Tasha does the same to Martha. “It’s so good to see you, you look so well!” Martha compliments Tasha. “Thanks, you do too.” Tasha responds. “Nice to see you mate, we’re having a bit of trouble finding the venue!” Robbie says. “Trust you two to get lost! Nice to see you too mate, it’s being held at Noah’s bar.” Jack responds. “Ah, right we best go there now then!” Robbie says. Other than Ric and Matilda, and Sally and Brad everyone in the bay has turned up and some people from Yabbie Creek have too! Belle and Luke had both come to the party, but at separate times and on their own. “Look they both came separately.” Colleen says. “Oh looks like an ended relationship!” Drew says quite excitedly to himself. Lucas looks really down when he first walks into Noah’s bar, but then he thinks about what Ric said to him in the text, “you have a good time at that party” and then he lifts his chin up, putting on a fake smile, yeah fake but still at least to everyone else it looks real. They just don’t know that it isn’t. Belle, on the other hand looks happy as Larry. She doesn’t know what to do now, she doesn’t want to go ahead and dance with Drew because she thinks that really would be rubbing it into his face saying “look who I dumped you for, one of your best mates”. She sees Cassie and Macca together.

Part 11 She says, “I’ve got to go to the girl’s room” winking at Cassie to do the same. “Oh yeah, I need to go too. Go and chat to the boys Mac.” Cassie responds. Belle and Cassie go to the girl’s room. Lucas sees them walk quite quickly towards the girl’s toilet and he doesn’t even have to think about what Belle will be telling Cassie. Anyway, this night doesn’t have to be about Belle if Luke doesn’t want it too. Luke is thinking what the best way to get over an ex is and other than booze and a lot of it to get him completely bladdered so he can’t even remember his own name let alone Belle’s he thinks of a new girlfriend. Although, it would be on the rebound it would help him out in the long run because slowly and surely he will forget about Belle and start thinking about another bird. He isn’t going to have any drink, because he doesn’t want to just have a one nightstand and no strings attached because Luke isn’t like that. Life is what you make it, and you can either make it be good or you can make it be bad. Everyone faces tough situations in their life, and everyone tries their best to cover up their tough situations so you think “aren’t they lucky, having such a perfect life” because no one has a perfect life. The situation Luke is currently in is a tough one. Should he totally forget about love in general and make it his priority to never get with another girl again because he doesn’t want the hurt? Or should he just let this bad time pass him by and try and block out any loving thoughts he had for Belle and try his best to love and care for another girl in another relationship? But what if this new girl hurts him really badly like Belle did? Is he is going to live behind that fear for the rest of his days and grow old lonely or is he going to think “it’s a risk I’ve got to take” as behind this risk there could be a long future ahead for him or there could be a short stint ahead for him. But when then there’s a negative there’s usually a positive sitting right next to the negative.
