Belle and Drew getting steamy

I've just been watching latest episode on five in the UK where Belle and Drew mitch off school and go to Drews. Later in the episode the story cuts back to show them wearing just towels - the implication being that they've just had sex and have had a shower maybe? Anyway Drews towel is just around his waist and Belles obviously covers more. They are messing around and Belle pulls away Drews towel. Nothing is shown but we are to assume that he is naked. Anyway while they are talking Amanda peers in the window and catches them in the act. She later puts Drew in his place telling him he hasn't much to be proud of. (a reference to his 'manhood' I guess).

In this scene Belle and Drew are dressed again - well Belle is putting on her socks and carries her shoes out to the car as she is leaving.

I don't think H&A has included such adult references before. Was there any controversy about it in Australia?

Also did anyone think that it was fairly obvious that the actress who plays Belle was wearing clothes under the towel. You could see the shape underneath. I assume that Drew was too especially as the towel was pulled away from him.

It must be difficult to do scenes like that with the crew present.

There have been scenes sort of like that before. Like when Cassie and Ric went skinnydipping and Cassie later stole Ric's clothes. He had to walk through the Summer Bay house, past Flynn with nothing on, just something covering up his ... manhood.

Was it a garden gnome or something? I remember the scene. Flynn's face when he walked in!

Flynn's expression was legendary - When Ric walked in, Flynn just looked at him with that look and thought it was best not to ask questions and just get on with it. Ric gave him the embarassed 'hello' look and quickly went upstairs and probably Flynn thought 'teenagers!' then lol.

Amanda was also classic when she hit back at Drew suggesting that his 'was nothing to be proud of' - that was pure classic!

It shows that H&A aren't afraid to present adult references storylines, it's good old entertainment!

I loved the expression on Flynn's face, not to mention when Ric rode past Matilda in the car with Beth and Colleen on his bike, with only some branches on! I think Colleen said something like "sheild your eyes Matilda!".

Don't forget also the many nudie runs which Robbie, Tasha and Martha have done. It must be weird to have to do something like that with the crew and directors watching. But I guess it's all part of the job!
