Eli Posted May 3, 2007 Report Posted May 3, 2007 I don't know, I haven't seen 416 yet, but it's probably something to do with prom. Maybe he's drinking or something, I don't know what the limit is where you are, but in the US you have to be 21 to enjoy alcohol legally (I think beer is 18)...
