... the scriptwriters, producers, cast and crew (and anyone else I might have left out) check the home and away forums? Sorry if that is a silly question. I was just thinking about it last night. How do they know (apart from the ratings) whether the audience is happy with storylines? Do they go by fan (or hate) mail? Or just by ratings? Or another method?

Tim Campbell if I remmeber seemed to say that he had listened to BayCast as well, but whether he does or was just saying that to get us onside is a different thing, but then again I'm sure Tim wouldn't do that because he's incredibly nice man.
