... Almost 12 months after giving up the WWE viewing I am now reeled back in with some questions...

1. When did Jeff Hardy become so damn sexy?

2. When did Khali become so sweet? I wanna see him now!

3. When did John Morrison turn into the old HBK?

I'm loving it at the moment.

(Sorry about dredging up the thread)

OMG never knew this thread existed!! I love wrestling, watched it since i was about 6.

Dont think the wrestlers there at the moment can compete with the likes Of Bret Hart, Owen Hart, Brian Pillman, Stone Cold - LEGENDS!!

I hate Shawn Michaels with a passion, i was only 7 when Bret Hart was screwed but i still cant be doing with him. It showed a total lack of respect for Bret Hart who was possibly the greatest champ ever in my opinion. It just riles me!

Oh wow a WWE thread. I would love nothing more than to talk about American Wrestling with people here but the reality is that I’m old school and now so out of touch with the current Superstars. All the people I used to watch and grew up with from what was at the time called the WWF – Ultimate Warrior, Hulk Hogan, Ravishing Rick Rude, Mr Perfect, Legion of Doom, Earthquake, Andre the Giant, Millon Dollar Man, The Undertaker, Macho King etc – Are long gone. The only person that I think is still left is Shawn Michaels.

Oh well, I suppose there's still my old tapes and DVDs.

Ravishing Rick Rude was awesome! i loved how he had the air brushed tights , and Bobby 'the brain' Heenan was his manager!! he had some great rivalries with the likes of Jake 'the snake' Roberts and the Ultimate Warrior

The Undertaker's still there, for a tall man i think his wrestling ability is really good!

I love watching the older wrestlers, cos it was more of a wrestling show, now its more of an entertainment based show

Yeah. I used to LOVE Bobby Heenan. He was always such a clever manager and I loved his commentary with the late Gorilla Monsoon. He had a lot of big names and arguably one of his best wrestlers was Mr Perfect. I always liked Mr Perfect because he was a true wrestler rather than simply a bodybuilder turned wrestler (which a lot of them are). Ravishing Rick Rude was a good wrestler as well. I still remember the feuds he had with the Ultimate Warrior. Remember the steel cage match.

Also the thing that always made me laugh was how one minute some of them were good, the next they turned bad and vice versa.

Bobby Heenan is a legend, i loved it when he was managing the Islander's and they had the feud with The British Bulldog's and they took Matilda  his commentry wih Gorilla Monsoon is unbeatable

Mr Perfect was sooo good, he was so technically sound, Bret Hart even says that to him, Curt Henning is and will always be one of the best wrestlers ever!

Awww i loved how they turned form hell to babyface over night lol, they did that with Owen Hart!!

Sadly cos i'm only 18, i obviously wasnt around when they were wrestling but i love watching the old Video's and old matches on You Tube
