Traceve Posted January 3, 2007 Report Posted January 3, 2007 Yep, and that makes Drew even more adorable Ben’s POV “What’s wrong?” I asked Lauren as she pulled away from the kiss. “Sorry.” She mumbled. “I have to go now.” “Wait.” I called out as Lauren hurried off but she kept walking. I got up and started walking along the beach. I kept thinking about what had just happened with Lauren. It all went so fast. I was so deep in thought that I didn’t notice Lucas walking towards me and I bumped straight into him, making his milkshake go everyone. “Oh my goodness. I’m so sorry.” I said. “It’s ok. I have plenty of money to buy another one.” He laughed. “Do you want me to pay for a new one?” I asked. “No way. It was an accident. Hey, Lauren told me about you not having anywhere to stay and dad said you can stay at our house if you like.” “Really?” “Of course.” “Thank you very much Lucas!” I exclaimed. “Don’t mention it man. Anyway, I need someone to talk to about my new girlfriend.” He replied. “Who’s that?” I asked, hoping he wouldn’t say who I thought he would. “Lauren.” My stomach lurched. How could I live in the same house with someone he likes the same person I do? “We kissed for the first time today and it felt amazing.” He continued. “I know how you feel.” I muttered. “It’s a great feeling. Listen, I’ve gotta get home so do you want to go and get the rest of your stuff and then come over?” “Yeah, ok.” “Awesome. I’ll see you soon.” Lucas said before walking off. I felt so bad after that conversation. I knew that he liked Lauren but all I cared about was myself. I needed some advice off someone, but who? I grabbed my phone out and decided to text Baily. I need your advice. If I have kissed a girl that is going out with someone else, what do I do? Ten minutes had passed and Baily still hadn’t replied so I knew their was only one thing left to do. Confront Lauren.

Traceve Posted January 8, 2007 Report Posted January 8, 2007 Laurens POV (Sophie) “Lauren!!” Someone shouted my name as I just arrived home, I turned to see Holly. “Hey Holly! I didn’t know you’d arrived!” I picked her up and she hugged me, I carried her into the seating area, where I saw Baily & Drew watching tv. “Hey Bail, Drew I’m home” “Yeah we heard you” Baily said sternly. “What’s with the attitude Bail?” I asked confused. “Hey Drew look after Holly a sec, I need to talk with Lauren…” She got up and pulled me into the kitchen. “Baily!! What’s gotten into you?” I shouted. “Never mind me, why don’t you explain to me how you were kissing Ben down at the beach!!!” She replied just loudly. I looked at her, she looked really mad, “Loz, he’s 14!! How could you do that? And plus you’d just agreed to go out with Lucas!!” She added. “Bail, kissing Ben was a mistake I swear, I want to be with Lucas!!” “I think you’ve blown that chance now don’t you?” She said as she walked out and left me there. “Lauren, I need to see the wiggles on the computer!!” Holly said as she run in the kitchen. “What’s the magic word?” I smiled at her. “Please” She smiled back sweetly, I so wasn’t in the mood for looking at the wiggles on the computer but what else could I do? My life is so messed up! I might have feelings for a sweet 14 year old guy and at the same time I might have feelings for a major hot 17 year old!! “Come on then, to the computer room” she took my hand and dragged me up the stairs. I sat down in the computer chair and placed Holly on my lap, I switched on the monitor, it opened up onto a email. “WIGGLES!!” Holly shouted. “Hol, one sec, Lauren just has to do something a second…” I looked at the email and started to read. My face dropped as I read the email, my mum was having secret meetings with some random guy!! “Baily!!” I shouted downstairs, there was no answer, “BAILY, THIS IS IMPORTANT!!” I shouted even louder. “Oh my gosh, I’M COMING!!” she said as she run up the stairs, “What’s so important this time? Have the wiggles broken up?” She laughed. “Bail, I think mum’s having an affair!!” I said seriously.

Traceve Posted January 8, 2007 Report Posted January 8, 2007 Thanks Chrissie It seems as though the updates are getting shorter and shorter Bailys Pov (Shannon/me) I leaned over Laurens shoulder and read the email; Holly began to get restless squiring around on Lauren’s lap. “Drew, can you take Holly downstairs and play or something?” I asked him, he nodded and took Holly from Laurens lap. “Bail…” Loz began to say scrolling the screen to see whose email address it was that sent it. “It doesn’t look very familiar at all,” I sighed. “No it doesn’t, but do you think mum would cheat on dad?” “I didn’t think so, but after reading this I’m nor so sure,” “Should we ask her about it, or keep our mouths shut?” “Heck Loz, first you’re a sl*t now Mum,” I joked. “So not funny,” she sighed, she clicked on the history button to find that great site we were on just the other day. Before we had a chance to blink, the most disturbing porno site lit up the screen. “Well I guess that’s why Dad was on here the other night with the door locked,” she laughed. I felt my stomach turn over as I said, “Loz, tmi!” Loz shut down the computer and stood up. “Baily!” Holly screamed from downstairs, I ran down the stairs greeted by a laughing Holly with Drew ticking her sides. “Who do you think sent that email to mum?” Loz whispered to me. “I don’t know, maybe Tony from nextdoor?”I suggested. “No, it seems as though they have known each other for a long time and I don’t think Tony would do that,” “Well I didn’t think Mum would cheat on Dad,” I sighed. Lauren shrugged and flung herself down on the couch. “Or maybe, we read it wrong and he is just an old friend or maybe it isn’t even a he,” Lauren raised her eyebrow at me and began to fiddle with Holly’s Barbie doll’s hair. “Hey, that’s mine,” Holly said as she took the Barbie from Lauren and hugged it. “Babe, I gotta go and help Leah get dinner organized, so I’ll see you in the morning,” Drew said softy as he kissed me goodbye. I watched Drew walk out the door just as Mum and Dad walked in. “Hey girls,” Dad smiled as he greeted us both with a hug. “Hey,” Mum said as she went to give us a hug we took a few steps backwards. She looked hurt as she walked past us both without saying another word.
