Right, i've made two things for requests.

I did 800x600 because i didn't what know size to do, i can easily change it to a larger size if needed so just say if you need it bigger.

Altho, the 'Carmine Giovinazzo' part can't be seen very well when I tried it. Only the 'Carmine' part was semi visible. I was wondering if maybe it could be fixed or maybe you could possibly put the name somewhere else. If it doesn't fit anywhere else, by all means, feel free to take it out. I don't mind if there's no writing at all.
