ness Posted November 2, 2006 Report Posted November 2, 2006 Would you be able to scan that pic by any chance? If you cant thats perfectly ok I dont actually have the newspaper that its in. I read about it on home and away central, it's in a thread under new's and gossip called The black balloon.
emmasi Posted November 12, 2006 Report Posted November 12, 2006 Since someone brought up Downs Syndrome in a thread about Rhys, I'd just like to point out that if that person (who shall remain nameless) is so opposed to said disability, they'd better not see The Black Balloon when it comes out, because I do believe that Rhys shall be playing someone with Downs Syndrome. Just FYI. It's sounds like a challenging role for him. I'm really looking forward to seeing it EDIT: Actually, I think it might be autism. Carry on.

Carry on. no, rhys is not playing the boy with autism, he plays his brother, who is struggeling with the fact that his brother is autistic. so we will get to see him "normal" but still in a very demanding character! and it's the lead role!
Ryan Posted February 24, 2007 Report Posted February 24, 2007 I might of read that book in English. Did his dad think he was still in the 50's? Actually, maybe he was called Buster.
emmasi Posted February 24, 2007 Report Posted February 24, 2007 I'm reading "The Curious Incindent of the Dog in the Night Time" by Mark Haddon. I can't remember the kid's condition in that... I think it might be Asperges... That's a good book too. It's really easy to read because it's written from his point of view, so everything is really literal. Finally, someone writes a book that I can understand! lol. Well, except for when he goes off on a tangent about maths problems, but even that's interesting

I found it quite taxing after a while, but it was a good insight. I could put the book down any time I wanted but people who live with people with the condition have to cope with it 24/7.
Liska Posted February 25, 2007 Report Posted February 25, 2007 I can't follow anymore. There are people that say that Indiana and Rhys have split up and there are others that say that they are still together. Does anyone the truth?
