Slade Posted July 27, 2008 Report Posted July 27, 2008 Now that Kirsty is back in the bay I would like to see the rest of the Sutherlands (Rhys, Shelly, Dani etc.) return. It would be interesting to see how they react after not seeing her for more than three years. It would be good to know what they have been up to as they are very rarely mentioned. I would also like to see their interaction with Oliver. That would be great. Other characters include Flynn (the first one), as I always really liked him and Roo. I have seen many oldies return but not her. I would like to see the interaction with Alf, Morag and in particular Martha.
JoJo85 Posted July 27, 2008 Report Posted July 27, 2008 agree with you slade, it would be good to see the sutherlands back, although maybe not Dani as she really got on my nerves, and see how they get on with kirsty and the situation, if that was me in kirsty's situation i'd be so angry with my family. There's loads of storylines that would be good to watch involving them - having Kirsty back on her own doesnt really gel for me as (as someone else said in the KK thread) she doesnt really have any links with the bay now apart from Irene and possibly Leah, everyone else has gone! I'd like to bring back Vinnie in a few months when Leah & Miles are together, that would really put the cat amongst the pidgeons - tho I'd hate to see Miles hurt, Vinnie & Leah belong together!! And of course I'd like to see Angel come back, along with Shannon & Pippa tho now Sally has gone that's that link gone too.

Try and see it from their point of view: Your daughter/sister absconds with a know felon for three years without so much as a phone call or letter to let you know that she’s alive (Yes we know Kane was innocent and in their situation they couldn't risk contacting anyone but I don’t think Kirsty’s family will see it that way). Not only that but you also miss out on three years with your first grandchild/nephew. They will probably be angrier with Kane as he was the reason she decided to go on the run in the first place. ClareLou Posted August 9, 2008 Report Posted August 9, 2008 I got all nostalgic reading this thread! I'm thrilled to bits they brought Kirsty back. H&A was getting a bit drab but hopefully bringing back an older character will give it some its edge back again! I would love to see Chloe back but obviously that's not possible:( I'd love to see Vinnie back. Although Leah and Dan were a nice couple and Leah and Jesse were bearable (plus Jesse's a good bit of eye candy lol) they just didn't have the spark Leah and Vinnie did! I would also love to see Pippa and Sally back. I'd actually like to see the Sutherlands back. I know a lot of people didn't like them or the amount of screen time they had but I really enjoyed watching them.
