Did anyone see the trio and the clip on the MTV movie awards? I heart Rupert so much

Oh, yes! I saw the video. Rupert was adorable and Dan was cute with wanting to give his whole backstory. Oh yeah, the clip of Tom Riddle and Dumbledore was pretty cool too. I'm glad they kept the wardrobe-on-fire bit.

Can't wait til July!

I loved Dan in that, too. They are all so adorable, even out of character.

I love watching that scene, the kid playing Tom Riddle is pretty damn good. Evil kids in movies are freaky and, from the looks of things, he does a damn good job. And I love that I can officially say that the movie comes out next month :P instead of having to say "in July", lol.

Has anyone played the Harry Potter video games for Game Boy Colour? Because something interesting just occurred to me about the Chamber of Secrets. There's a small change to one of the last cutscenes, where you destroy the diary, and you use Gryffindor's sword instead of the fang. What's interesting is that this is entirely consistent with what's revealed in the Deathly Hallows about the sword. Is it possible that J.K. Rowling had some influence into the changes made to the games?

Ooh, that is interesting. But if we hold that as true and ignore the fang then in Deathly Hallows Hermione and Ron wouldn't have had anything/wouldn't have known how to destroy Hufflepuff's cup.

Personally I really hope they shoot the Hermione/Ron in the Chamber part of DH for the movie. I really want to see what they got up to down there .

For me the one scene I want to watch the most because I am sucker for romance in HBP is the Harry/Ginny kiss

Not if they make it clear in the DH game that basilisk venom is what destroyed the horcrux in the diary. Although, considering the games and the recent movies' poor handling of exposition, I'm not optimistic.

Oh ok, that makes sense. But you are right - the movies are not very clear about explaining this sort of thing. I mean, have they even specified who the Marauder's are?
